There was experimentation with an actual training schedule a couple years ago. It never actually worked out, though. Shinn may end up implementing it again in the future, though. He's toyed around with the idea before.

I live on the East Coast in Nova Scotia...so I don't know what the difference would be but here's the times when I could come on....I have a lot of time on my hands so I'm pretty much on here when I'm not working...so I think it's four hours difference but I may be wrong...that's what it is from here to British Columbia...so I may be wrong but it's the best I can guess.
