The red haired teacher gave a long yawn as he looked into the play room, "Hey look at that. Lots of other little ones here to play with." He said looking at Ligeia, the owl boy that was sitting on his shoulder, gloved hands tangled in his hair to keep himself balanced on his father's shoulder.

"Scree?" He eyed each of them in turn before puffing up a bit. He would much rather stay with is father then be left behind with a bunch of people that he didn't even know. He was about to protest when he was removed from his perch. His little feet grasped at the air until he was set on the floor/

"Please be good. I will come back and check on you later ok?" Orpheus said, patting him on the head. Ligeia lifted his hands to catch hold of the hand so when Orpheus lifted it up he was lifted off the ground. The owl boy flapped his wings rapidly mimicing flight and the red head couldn't help but laugh, "Come on. I really need to try to organized the classroom at least a little bit. And these are the kids that your going to be having your classes with so you really want to get to know them."

Ligeia released his hands, landing on his feet and watched Orpheus head out. He turned his head back to look at others, "Screeeee." He murmured.

Yeesha turned wide eyes toward even more new kids who had been dropped off by parents, making due note of the long tail arching up over the new boy's back. She's definatly have to go investigate this but for now she liked the feel of the rough skinned kid's tail against her young, soft scales.

It was getting quite packed in here. She figured she might as well let 'em all know her name. She pointed to herself and proclaimed wisely, "Yeetha."

...poor thing had a very obvious lisp.

Jekel snorted as more kids entered, passing the toy onto Yeesha and moving back to the toychest. That'd be... Oh hell if he knew how many kids there were now. He couldn't count...
He threw a blue dragon tot he colorful fish's feet, at teh moment she wasn't reconized as prey. The boyish side of him was more in control now at the thought of playing. Next a green and a white for the two new kids.

"We're playing dragon war!" he shouted to the two new kids, holding out his dragon as if to further prove his point. "You can join if you want. I'm Jekel. "

Yeesha brandished her dragon, thrusting it forward so it butt heads with the one Jekel was holding before the shy boy spoke up, Nero. She blinked over toward him as she patiently waited for him to finish speaking.

There were just so many kids that she was sympathizing with. Long tails and now talking funny. She let go of Jekel's tail finally and toddled over to Nero, reaching down to run her softly scaled fingers over one of his extra legs. "I'th juth a game. We're not really doin' war. War ith bad." She turned and shook a finger at Jekel as she said this. "Daddy tol' me tho."

Jewel grinned triumphantly at Nero, nodding when Yeesha spoke. "Real war is bad, but training as a fighter is good! And playing is good too." She scooped up the dragon Jekle had tossed at her, flipping it in the air with a flick of her wrist. The catch wasn't quite as impressive; its plushie bottom bounced off her hand, and she ended up grasping the toy awkwardly by the neck. With her other hand, she motioned toward Ligeia. "Come play!"

Jewel paused, looking at the little owl boy for a moment before she understood. With a grin, she offered him her slightly more fierce plush. "Take this one." She said, a slight lisp in her voice.

Jewel grinned, pleased. The little owl boy seemed to like the other plush - and she had a dragon in her toy bag, didn't she? With a look to Rune - who had wisely stayed out of the way doing paperwork in one corner - she touched the head of the nice dragon plush. "Nice ones are real fast, sometimes." She nodded. That was how the dragons her Mom knew worked, anyway. The little ones were fast. "Maybe little nice one be fast?"

Jewel giggled as Ligeia flapped his wings. "You have handsome feathers." She grinned. Some of her sisters had wings, too - Aeris had the wings of a golden hawk - but none of them had wings like an owl. "And a cool dragon team! One fast, one strong - hmmmm. You need a magic dragon!"
