 Ruii shrugged her shoulders. "I honestly don't understand why you're asking me." Ruii couldn't describe places to go to, sometimes she wouldn't even notice people around. And by Lord, how would she know where she would want to go to? "Neh, what about that room that is three doors down? The one I spoke about just a few moments ago?"

Selene Sindoue performed quick hand signs under the cover of a building. She transformed herself into a small helpless looking academy student, eager to get a headband from the Otokage. She pattered into the room, and entered the office. Her chakra source was quite low, equal to a genin. "Hello Otokage-sama. I am Liv Yamanaka, and I would like a head band to be apart of this village as a kunoichi."

Ruii's eyes widened, someone was preforming a handsign. Ruii focused her chakra to her feet. She examined this one person for a long time. Drasticly, the heartbeat change to a soft. Ruii lifted her head slowly, as she did so, for a rare chance, you could see her whole face. Pale, light blue eyes, black hair scattered across her forehead. Ruii didn't worry about her hood at that moment. She was more interested in the newcomer that just came by the door with that same soft heartbeat that she felt before. Something just didn't seem right with it, but she pushed it aside and played along as though nothing was wrong. "Judging by your chakra levels, you'll probably end up in the same classes as myself..." If Ruii could see right about now, she would eye the girl. But since that would be impossible, she just stared blankly at one spot. "So tell me Liv, what brings you all the way here to the Sound village, neh?" Yamanka. An easy step to the village Konoha. This was a Konoha shinobi. Then again, Ruii could be wrong. A shinobi's heartbeat does not change regardless if it is a transformation jutsu. Ruii stayed quiet now as she stayed deep in thought. ... But this woman's heartbeat changed into a soft one. Impossible... That is unless...
"Not to be a little brat or pest or anything like that... But did you come from Konoha?" Ruii asked in curiosity.

Selene nodded her head in her makeshift form. "I...yes I am originally from Konahagakure." She blinked slowly, as if to fight back tears. "I moved here with my grand father, after." 'Liv' paused and swallowed, eyes becoming misty. "After my parents passed away..." Selene would keep her face and eyes sincere, acting was indeed a useful skill.

Ruii felt a sudden sadness from the woman. The heart beats at a slower rate at the point of dying or sadness and depression. Ruii didn't feel bad for her or anything, she just wanted to know the truth. Who ever Liv was, she got Ruii curious. "Liv, how old are you? And can we talk privatly? I'd like to know you better, you seem to be just like me... Only you can actually-.." Ruii stopped talking and quickly made a smile appear on her face. She wasn't going to say anymore. "I'll tell you the rest later." Ruii tapped the floor a couple of times with her left foot. Then her right foot grazed across the floor. Now she knew where the door was and began to walk towards it then stopped half way there and turning around waiting for Liv to follow her.

Selene suppressed a sigh, keeping her face sincere and nodding her head, following Rui. "I am 15." She said, which actually was befitting of her looks. *This is troublesome...though unavoidable...perhaps I should kill her...* Selene thought quietly to herself as she followed Rui.

 -Shao heard the hokage's whisper and stayed outside of the building. He waiting patiently, wondering what would go on. Inside of him, he could feel the Nibi restless. It was very unusual as it spoke to him. He walks over to one of the builds and sits down in a feetle style, as if he was a poor old man down on his luck. He watches and waits for the Hokage.- "Something doesn't feel right. You better be ready for the worst."

Ruii smiled. "So you're a year older than me! I'm jealous." She smiled weakly the last time. "As I was saying in there, we are both alike. Both of my parents died as well. But the difference is that you can actually see. I became blind on the same day when my parents died. I just pray that I won't end up like my parents, they were weak as I recall the incendent." Ruii sighed. "You didn't really answer my question from before. Why are you transferring to the Sound village, neh?" Ruii's left arm suddenly came out of the red cloak and then she touched the wall with her finger tips. She felt small vibrations. She then sighed as her arm came back underneath the red cloak. Another woman. So many people at the same time... Ruii sighed. "Pardon me, but I think I have to go soon, I suppose I'll 'see' you at the Academy soon."
A random pain hit Ruii on her right temple. Her whole body twitched slightly. She used her index finger to make small yet relaxing circles on her temple. She was having another headache. A mysterious heartbeat appear just outside of the building. "Too.. Many vibrations..." She mumbled under her breath as Ruii quickly pulled herself together. "Bye Liv." She quickly said before running off and nearly tripping. Ruii ok her time going down the stairs while she rubbed her temples.
Ruii was walking weakly out of the building. This was too much for her. Too much. Once she was out of the building, she began panting for air. "That was the worst headache this month..." She whispered to herself loudly. That mysterious heartbeat was near now. Ruii was curious as to who it was and began to walk towards it. "I know someone is here," She called out only enough for that person to hear. "so speak up." Ruii swallowed her own saliva, she was rather nervous. Something big was going on, and she wasn't sure as to what it was. But she was going to find out.

-The young man looked at the woman. His face looked dirty and beaten, aswell as his cloaked. He laughed as he talked to her, in a drunken stupor.- "Hey there gorgeous, quite a fine day isn't it? Care to spare any change?"

Ruii smirked. "Excuse me but, you're probably no more than seventeen-year-old boy whos calling a blind eleven-year-old gorgeous even though you can barely see her face. Charming." She said with pure sracasm. "Am I right?" She just stood there smirking. So this guy was the mysterious hearbeat? Can't believe I wasted my time on this.

Liv smiled at the girl, feeling absolutely no sympathy. She as well was blind, but her interest was elsewhere now. The Hokage had just entered, and seemed to have someone in tow. *The chakra is strong, like a bijuu...untrained? Easily captured...This visit paid off.* Selene herself was blind, but was so adept at using vibrations to tell locations and make herself seem normal. She used her trained ears to hone in on the conversation of Rui and Shao.

Ruii sighed. "Try telling that to everyone in this village." Underneath her red cloak, Ruii was searching her pocket for her pills. She needed them now. She found a small plastic bottle filled with pills in her kunai holester. Why was it there? She was probably too lazy to stick it in her pocket back then. Ruii popped open the bottle and took two pills out and the placed the bottle back into her kunai holester. "You don't happen to have water with you, do you?" She wasn't expecting him to. If he didn't she'd swallow the pills with or without water. Bottom line, she was gonna take the pills.
