Personality: Introverted and a little suspicious. Though she is naturally insecure, she still must make efforts at humility due to her upbringing, which gives her an instinct to be superior and defensive if only to protect herself. Despite this, she genuinely wants to develop and maintain ties to others; she is only unsure of how to do so.
Status: Single. Orientation undecided.
Misc.: Though she started out as an ardent believer in the common ways of her race, Joy has a rather tragic past in the Underdark (home of the drows) which resulted in her fleeing to the upper world under the guise of a militaristic voyage. Eventually she found a "caretaker" in Marie, who recommended her to the Underground.

Personality: Possibly the definition of good-natured, Noemi tends not to stress about whatever problems she's gotten herself into or other people's opinions about her. She is sociable, easy to talk to, and generally even-tempered; if not necessarily easily swayed or attached. However, she has a sense of curiosity that sometimes borders on unhealthy. At best, she reads an incredible amount on whatever topic is at hand until satisfied, while at worst, she goes off on her own to investigate situations which she may be unable to handle.

Misc: Ran away from home at age 12.
-In the wake of some badly-ended adventure, she ended up staying with Marie, whom she views as a foster mother. Though she and Joy were not close, Noemi decided to tag along when Joy announced that she was returning to her mysterious previous residence known as the Underground.
-Has amassed a large collection of recipes (though her lack of a job causes her to improvise with ingredients frequently) and is constantly rebuilding a collection of spices.
-Carries a purse which usually contains chapstick, a book of sudoku puzzles and an extremely old revolver with some "minor" adjustments. What is the revolver for and what are the adjustments? Better not to ask. (Rumor has it she doesn't even know herself.)
