The excitement made Mene's wish-washy feelings halt in their path, he was pleased with the outcome, the pup's were healthy and hopefully had inherited the most beautiful markings from both their parents, he just had to sit bakc and enjoy the image.
"Beautiful names, all of them!" He smirked at each of the youngsters individually, he noted quickly that the two she had named Tempest and Derecho were the most to really react beyond little Aleu's sing-song voice. He was pleased, very pleased.
"I wish they'd stay like this forever! I fear one of them might pick up something from Merrill.. or Pekko." He grumbled the pair. Their moods had interesting swings to them and he didn't enjoy some of where they went. "We should ban them from our Beta and Pekko." He laughed at this softly, knowing full well that keeping their pups from the pack would be like keeping himself from the water.
"Wait until the pack meets them." He nosed the little ones lightly, enjoying the soft wiggles he received, they all seemed as tired as their Mother.

Chiv chuckled slightly and laid her head down with a large yawn "You know we can't ban them from Merrill and Pekko,those two might surpris you someday you know...maybe pups around will be good for them, make them think twice about what they are going to do and say" She concluded even as her eyes drooped shut and she fell asleep.

"Hah." Menelaus laughed in a short unbelieved manner and nudged his mate a little in affection.
"Makes me wonder how you haven't had a mate before you sweet thing. Seeing the good in everyone." He smirked and rested his head down on the ground, his back to the dying storm. A calm began to break as the group fell asleep together.
