Steve nodded, picking up the scarf Volpone picked out to put it aside for afterwards. She lifted the little Eevee again and pulled out a small file for his claws to help sharpen them up. "Here all nice and sharp." she cooed, picking up the scarf to tie it neatly around his neck - out of the way so he wouldn't trip over it.
"There we go. Volpone's all spruced up and ready to go." she said cheerily, patting the little pokemon. "You might even get a chance to draw or photograph him while he's all prettied up." the woman teased.
Ornith grinned at Volpone, "Feeling better?"

Mikey hugged the Delibird goodbye, then set Ornith down on the floor. "Thanks for the company, little guy," she said, smiling at him.
Volpone positively beamed in his new scarf. He snuggled Steve one last time, then bounced over to Mikey, leaping up in her lap to nuzzle her face.
"Now don't even start that," Mikey said teasingly, "I know you enjoyed your pampering so much that you didn't even notice I was here." She grinned and scratched Volpone affectionately behind the ears. "Thanks! We really appreciate it." She laughed when Steve mentioned photographing Volpone. "If he'll sit still for it, I just might."
Volpone smiled right back at the Delibird. "Sure am. No more sand, no more itching. I feel great! Steve is amazing."

The green haired girl nodded, reaching out to scoop up her Delibird for snuggles. "No problem. You're welcome to come back any time." she assured Mikey with a grin.
"Don't I know it." Ornith cooed, snuggling with his trainer.
"Good luck with what you were going to see." Steve called as the pair departed. Well that'd been fun.
