I agree with those that say his mom. I think she could do things to him that would give her an advantage and I doubt he would use some of his techniques against her so he would have a limited number of options.

Kakashi enters fighting stanza, his book still in his hand.
Kakashi's mom kicks the book out of his hand, it falls in the mud.
Kakashi gets all upset and goes to attack, she cloths lines him!
He falls face first in the mud, book next to him.
She then throws the book on his head and walks off.
Yep... his mom'd win!
