ACTUALLY, *psychology moment* he didn't start out kicking puppies as a child... he was incredibly intelligent, but highly misunderstood. Everybody made fun of him, and THEN he resorted to kicking puppies and world domination.
And I wouldn't call it a "mistake" when you end up killing 6 million Jews, among others. That, my children, is called genocide, and that is frowned upon in most societies.
