Mid afternoon. The sun was high in the sky by now, and Aiuke was almost positive that it was too hot to be outside for very long. He hadn't left his room sense mid morning, staring at his ceiling and imagining shapes in the popcorn was entertaining enough for him. He had absorbed the habit from his friend Shikamaru.
It was almost pathetic how kin to Shikamaru was Aiuke was. He was practically raised in his house. His mother had grown up at Shikamaru's side and seemingly against his will, the Nara allowed Ino to stay close contact with him over the years. He speculated it was himself that Shikamaru had become attached to. He didn't like to boast, but he considered Shikamaru his best friend, even if he was an old soul. The saddest part is, from the stories he had been told of his mother and father's teenage years, the Nara hadn't changed a bit. Once an old soul, always an old soul.
It was a truth Aiuke had come to accept. He had lived a lot of his life absorbing the mannerisms of his father and of his best friend. This made he young shinobi age rapidly in terms of personality. Even though he found himself surrounded by mature figures like Temari (Shikamaru's wife), Shikamaru, and Sai, he still had at least one young spirit in his life.
His mother Ino was no spring chicken, but she was by no means an old soul. She was just as she had been as a teenager, nearly. Demanding, cocky, conceited, and - if nothing else positive - somewhat perky and happy.
Aiuke was lucky enough to have inherited the maturity level of his father and other kin, and also the sweet, likable parts of Ino. He loved to talk, but he wasn't much for finding people to talk to. It was the conceitedness passed down to him by his mother coming out. He always made sure to put himself in situations in which people were forced come and speak to him, or at least in situations where it was apparent that he was willing to talk to people.
He took in a deep breath and sighed it back out, knowing that no one would gracefully stumble upon his presence if he stayed cooped up in his room all day. He sat up in bed and reluctantly made his way to the outside world. Maybe he'd grab a bite to eat.
"Ramen again." He sighed heavily.

Akari walked slowly out of the hall, step by step as she watched her feet. She hadn't eaten anything, due to the fact that she generally just ate in the morning. It didn't seem like that big of a thing to her. Eat, get mission, carry out mission, come home. Thus, a day in the life of Akari Uchiha. Sure, she wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer. Or the prodigy of the Uchiha clan, but she liked to think she was a little above average. For instance, she hardly failed missions. Akari shook her head and looked fowards again, unconciously grabbing a strand of her pink hair and swirling it. ***can i change my stats to 8, 3, 5? it just seems like everyone's better than me XD just wanna even it out a little***

((Thats totally fine Kitty, I was thinking the same thing lol xd and I just saw you were at the meeting too, we'll just say we totally missed each other in the room cuz their were a lot of people or something whee )) Finally Mokuren left the meeting hall and started down the stairs on her way to get some real food for lunch. She had no clue as to where she wanted to go or what she was going to eat, all she knew was her stomach was grumbling by the end of the meeting so it needed to be filled or their was going to be hell to pay. She wasn't the most likable person when she was hungry, as her mom reminded her often. She smiled and shook her head at the thought of the pink haired kunoichi. She should go home to visit more. Yeah, their were the Saturday evening dinners with the whole family in the Uchiha household, but those didn't count. Being the oldest child she saw it as being a good example to her younger siblings to move out, but she missed home. While she and her mom were very close and she knew she could tell her anything, Sakura seemed busy with the kids who were still living at home and Mokuren didn't want to get in the way. Her dad... he was the best to train with and she secretly liked that he did baby her while no one was looking. Sometimes they spoke about serious things, but he had a lot to do at home as well as missions to keep the money coming in. She was on her own of her own choice.

Akari just unintentionally continued to let her feet walk her down the hall and down the stairs. She was in her own little world, thinking about the house. She was contemplating whether or not she should spend the last scraps she had to buy something fast, or go back home and make something there. On one hand, she might end up needing that money, but on the other hand, if she asked, dad would probably give her more.... Akari was still contemplating when she saw a head of familiar pink hair walking down the stairs. "Mokuren!!" Akari shouted, running down the stairs to catch up to her oldest sister and hugging her. ((lol thanks~ and there, now we met up XD))

"Hm?" Mokuren turned just in time to almost be tackle hugged by her younger sister in a whirl of unruly pink hair. She hugged her back, unconsciously smoothing the girls hair down as she always did when they were younger before letting her go. "What's up Akari! Hey I'm going to get some food you want to join? My treat if you decide on a place!" She grinned at her as she took her wallet out from its hiding place tucked between the rope at her waist and her shirt.

Kentaro stood outside the Hokage's office, not truly worried about the threat down in the south. What he is more worried about is wether or not he goes, and if he does, who his partners will be. Since he prefers to use genjutsu over anything else he isn't that strong in the other skills. So he hopes he can get team mates who can keep up, while also keeping an eye. "well...i guess i should go ask Naruto about the mission...i haven't left the village in a while, so it will be a nice refresher to get out." He taps on the door, hoping Naruto isn't to busy. He waits for about 5 minutes but then decides that he doesn't want to be disturbed so he goes to try and find his sisters. "I bet their about to go get lunch so if i hurry i might be able to catch up with them..."me mutters beginning to walk away from the office.

((psst jem did u make a profile?)) Akari jumped up and down. "Thanks, onee-chan!!" she said, forgetting about her own plans. She stopped at the bottom of the stairs to tap her finger on her chin. "How about...that one place we used to go to a lot...with the really nice tea? I can't remember what it was called..." Akari continued, now tapping her foot as well. ((i'm too lazy to come up with a name XD))

At one of the trainings ground Itachi practices the move his father (Sasuke) had shown him. As he leaped into the air and tossing six kunais then tossing two more, so that those two would ricochet and hit their intended targets. Once satisfied of the technic he retrieved all his kunais. "O.K. that should do it for my taijutsu now for some lunch. I think I will go to that restaurant that has the good tasting tea my Onii-chan and imouto-chan (younger sister) go too all the time" With that decide Itachi picked up is bag and grabbed his Raven ANBU mask and made his way to the restaurant, not knowing his two sisters where on there way as well.

((yesh)) Kentaro intentionally made his way down the stairs not wanting to go to far from the Hokage's office, but he was really hungry since he ate nothing at the meeting. "Alright, thats it, ill just go home and eat instead, besides, i need the money and i don't think mom and dad will be happy if i keep asking for money, especially because of all the other siblings." Kentaro nods and hops on to a roof and makes his way back to the house.

((sorry for the wait to get Jems profile up guys! its up now biggrin )) "Your welcome, and do you mean the Shigure Teahouse?" Mokurens mouth watered at the thought of the food and tea there. "Oh young Uchiha, you have excellent taste," she patted her sisters shoulder as she nodded solemnly, trying to hold back her excitement. Suddenly she saw a dark flash from the rooftop at the side of her eye. It couldn't be... "Hey is that... Kentaro!!" Mokuren yelled up at the roof as she saw her twin jump by over head. He had always been the fastest of the Uchiha children, just like their dad, but she had trained her eyes to be able to keep up with him at least, since her body couldn't. He kept going after she yelled to him though. "Ah, guess he didn't hear me..." xd

"Agh! Itachi you startled me!" Mokuren said holding her chest dramatically after hearing her brother. He had gotten a lot stealthier as he grew, and she wondered how the heck she missed him practically walk right up behind her and Akari like that. "And Ita whats with the full Anbu clothing? You just get back from a mission or something? Did you hear about the big meeting about lower fire country?" She smirked at him, thinking how proud she was of that Anbu rank of his. She had just made Jounin herself a few months prior, and had yet to go on any missions in her new status.

Removing my mask and putting a cloak around my ANBU armor so no one would know I'm an ANBU. "Yeah I just came back trying to hunt down Kabuto but with no luck, Father asked the Hokage for me to hunt him down by my self since Father had told me all about his tricks and routines. I thought it would be easy, but he is a slippery ninja. I was always one or two days behind him when I got to one of his hide outs. No I haven't heard of any mission in lower fire country what is going on Nee-chan"

Kentaro stopped on the roof right before the home of his family. He hopped down onto the ground and entered. "I'M HOME!" he says hearing the call echo through the house. "Hello? Guess nobodies home...maybe i should catch up with the rest of the family..." Kentaro nods at himself, but frowns having wasted all that energy just getting here, but then coming up fruitless.

"Graaah, Nii-san your so lucky!" whined Akari. Akari, having only acheived chuunin status a couple of months ago and only gone on one chuunin-status mission, was highly jealous of her only one-year-older brother. "Three of the seven swordsmen of the mist were spotted in the lower fire country. Naruto-sama just reminded us to be prepared." Akari explained to Itachi. She suddenly remembered what Mokuren had just said and glanced around. "Hey...where did Kentaro go?" She said, frowning. 'Stealthy as always, Onii-sama...'((Onii-sama would be a very formal way of addressing your older brother, Nii-san/Onii-san would be only a little less respective, not at all disrespective, nee-san would be a formal way of saying older sister, and nee-chan a casual way. imouto is younger sister, while otouto is younger brother. just thought i should clear that up.))
