Being a chef is fun,but stressful.I was a line cook forr a little while making Norris's famous ribs!Everyone in the kitchen is there for you and you have to be seconds on time or else people will complain out in the dining room.its hectic and rewarding at the same time,thats really the best way to describe cooking for over 50 people.
