Or actually... It's eight minutes into tomorrow where I live, but that's not the point.
I need you all to do me a favor.
If you think something I'm doing or saying isn't right, call me on it. Seriously. I can't have you all afraid of me or afraid of what I might do or say with regards to your objections to the way I run things. That's not how this system of leadership should work. Yes, Jes is the "Queen" (that's a self-designated position, by the way, not an absolute). Yes, she's a b***h who likes things done her way, but she and I are not the same person. She's merely a character.
Let's take Pad's post in the Hollow Q & A. He more or less called my policy retarded. And you know what? He was partially right and I've changed some of the rule he was protesting because of it.
If I have a stupid rule you don't agree with, bring it up with me. If I'm procrastinating, give me a poke. Get my sorry butt in gear. I need to know what you guys think to lead effectively. Sometimes I might seem a bit moody, but that's just RL giving me crap. I shouldn't let it leak into the way I act here, but I'm only human. All the same, I probably won't bite your head off if you want to talk to me about stuff. I want to be accessible to you all, not she-who-must-be-obeyed-always.
I mean, ultimately, I ask that your respect my final decisions and accept them calmly (so this doesn't mean that I'm opening myself up to endless argument). If you do object, do so calmly. Realize that I might not always agree to you as I have to consider the rest of Las Noches, not just you and your character or situation, but I figure you at least deserve an explanation for my decisions.

I'm elevating TEINEI SENSHI to a "vice captain" position as it were. He's going to be helping both Temor and myself with admin and RPs and the like. First, I want no arguments on this count. I chose the person whom I believed to be the most qualified for this. You all oughta know that he's been in this guild longer than I have and was top dog here in Las Noches way before Jes even existed. As such, he deserves your respect and cooperation, and I expect you all to give it to him.
Secondly, this means that his character, Buru Riki, wields considerable political clout. Treat him like you'd treat Temor and me. His character's physical might is not to be disregarded. Make no mistake-- he's one of the strongest around, so act accordingly.

It's rather ironic that my last announcement was about activity and this one's about inactivity.
Anyway, it's obvious that I haven't been on in weeks. I'm dealing with some things in real life that are proving harder to manage than I'd anticipated. As such, I'm announcing my official hiatus as leader and appointing TEINEI SENSHI as interim leader in my absence. He'll deal with administrative duties, accepting members, and monitoring and accepting plots and such.
If there are any really pressing concerns, you can send me a PM and I'll try to get on once in a while, but TEINEI SENSHI is your go-to guy for the next few weeks.

A few in Character Updates first:
Aizen will be returning to Soul Society and will have the Orb of Distortion in hand again (taking it from Jes). Meaning he is the leader once again and some rules within Las Noches will be tightened in response to that shift in power and leadership.
I am also actively looking for a person to work as my right hand to help me keep this place in shape. It has fallen way out of shape and I have heard the cries for activity/plots/stuff to do in general. So with that in mind I shall be making a suggestion thread to get Las Noches back where it used to be so long ago.

It is impossible to describe how difficult Jes's life has become and with respect I will do my best to keep things in relative form as she had them, but as I have my own leadership technique there WILL be slight changes here and there. - Aizen

Espada ranks have been shifted around (bumped up), a list has been made by Pad making it easier for newer members to choose a number, that has been placed within the 3rd Generation Espada list. I'll update the application thread as well.

Expansions on the R&D suggestion and Medicorps are being made this week and should be up by the end of this week. I believe Mirouni will be in charge of the R&D while I find a suiter for the Medicorps. These are the only suggestions approved by crew and myself to be put to work. Questions and concerns about this can be PMed towards myself whee That is all...
