"What if the fangs blow off your lower jaw?" Allie asked, smirking again. She shrugged then pointed to where three boxes stood in the lobby. "There's the rest of my stuff...the boxes with the teeth and claw marks."
She paused and looked at him, "Exactly what did you do? You know...you can't burn down the school by melting it..."
Chuckling she shrugged, "Well...maybe it's just not what they were looking for at the time. I didn't think I'd wind up here. Still not sure why I'm here...."
"I would never invent something to melt skin off...on purpose," Allie laughed, walking over to her boxes. She looked them over, smiling. "I suppose most people forget things like that....unless you're the guy with no eyebrows."

"Hum.... then we'd just have to construct me a new jaw." He nodded in all seriousness. Looking at the three boxes he pondered, "Hum think I can carry two or is it too dangerous?"
He faltered, "I can't talk about that... the school." He paused, "It knows...." He coughed again and shook his head, "You have to be careful what you say, certain things are unspeakable you see." He paused again before gaining back his breath for a second. "I... I lost my last assistant because she learned too late."
This time it took a minute for him to recover but that was okay he smiled, "Ah, why your here... it's why everyone is here, why we're always here." He shrugged, "And i just don't think they think she's gifted enough is all."
He chuckled, "It might come in handy, you may want to think about it." He shrugged as picked up one box and looked at the other two thinking. "Here, almost everything is forgotten unless it's nice that is."

"A jaw made of iron, I would think," she smiled, obviously more amused by this than he might be. She picked up one of the boxes, then thumped the remaining one with her foot. "You can manage them both...that's clothes, and you got my books. I got the projects. Don't need you messing them up..."
Allie stopped and tilted her head, the school wouldn't let them talk about things? How odd. She shrugged it off, "Well...probably best then. So they don't remember to give you detention."
"I guess it's really all in who'd judging by what's talent...or gifts," she thought out loud. "I think Mum and Dad were just happy to get my projects out of their house....but Dad will miss me making sure his shows are recorded."
"Hrmm...handy? Creating torture devices or weapons? I do have that dream of the stun gun..." Allie looked off, smiling a little in thought. She shook her head and looked at him. "Well, good...maybe you'll forget in time that I blew off someone's eyebrows and help me make a beta player from a toaster."

"As long as I can still eat, I don't mind if it's made of cork board." He laughed and picked up the other box as well. "Indeed, I'll let you handle the projects."
He shook his head, "They wouldn't need to... at least from what I've fathered that other's have experienced, they won't need to."
He shook his head, "Soon enough they'll prolly miss you and want you back home. A lot of students have parents that worry because they hear some silly rumors and then they start trying to pull the student out. Though, I'm sure they're smart enough to realize those rumors are just silly." He laughed, "It happens every year."
He thought, "Both I'm sure. As old as the school is some of mice get to be a bother." He grinned, "Only if you don't get mad if I'm the one to blow accidentally make it blow up..."

"Cork board wouldn't be efficient. It's get all soggy from the soup," Allie joked, heading back to the stairs with her box. "Yes, it's safer for me to handle the projects...don't need the first person I met here losing an eyebrow...or something."
"Odd...well, whatever works..." she shrugged, bored with the story now that he wouldn't, or couldn't tell it.
"Well, if they miss me it's cause Dad's messed up the computer or what not. But, I do miss Grams and her stories," she sighed, then shook her head. "But, enough hearing about her adventures. I'm having my own now, right?"
"You'd want to blow up my stun gun? What if I used use as a test subject, instead?" she teased, scrunching her nose and trying to feign seriousness.

"It's a pity your right." He followed her as he handled the other boxes. "Eh, loose what I may I'd still be able to do whatever I wanted. Even if I had to have a fake, whatever."
Azzo was in an oddly talkative mood as the night seemed to unfold, as he continued on with Allie back to her room. "Just do me a favor, and if it starts feelin like there's something you shouldn't be talking about, you know, just kinda stop. I mean you'll know when they don't want you talking about things." He paused trying to describe it without describing it. "You get all choked up." He nodded.
"Oh, stories from older people, that's not one I got the pleasure of enjoying much. You must be lucky." He grinned, "It sounds like you have a nice family."
He blinked thinking about what she said, "No not intentionally I'm just saying what if it happened to blow up..." He chuckled at the test subject thing.

"A fake whatever? Hrmmm..." Allie thought about it, then shook her head. "I think there are somethings that a fake wouldn't do for. Like if I lost my hands, I would have trouble inventing and working on stuff."
"Sure...I think the choking would kinda make me stop anyway, wouldn't it?" she replied, feeling her throat tickle a bit. She hoped he wouldn't say more on it...as that was odd to have her throat tickle at mentioning it. She Shifted the box a bit, making it easier to carry up the stairs.
She nodded at the change in subject, "Yeah, Grams told all sorts of stories about her travels. And some about Granpa and his inventions and such. He died before I was born."
Allie set the box down by her door and got the key out, jiggling it in the lock. "Oh...my stuff rarely would kill anyone, I think. I wouldn't want to go the way of Granpa."

"I suppose that would be troublesome to loose a hand or both."
He walked up the stairs as if he'd done this before with two boxes stacked onto each other where he could barely see. "Hum, you know that kind of reminds me of that new movie that came out. Up wasn't it? Only sounds slightly opposite."
"Yeah, but sometimes if you have to, going out with a bang is better than just going out." He shook his head, "Only if you have to though. Any worse and you know it'd just kinda suck."
He watched her unlock her door. It wasn't that bad of a walk.

Allie opened her door and placed the key back in her pocket. She glanced at at the boy, "I haven't see that movie...so I don't really get what you mean."
She frowned at his next comment, "Why would I want to go out with a bloody bang? I don't want to go out at all...you're a bid morbid. You sure you're not really Dracula? What with the hypnotizing and morbid thoughts..."
She scooped up her box carefully, carrying it in her room. She sat it next to her desk, then turned to help get the others. She wasn't sure about letting Azzo in her room...since they'd only just met. Plus, he was a little creepy.

He paused, "You should it's a good movie."
He watched her frown and sighed, "Things that happen in the school..." He muttered, "You get that... morbid humor... few have it." He shrugged, "Some go missing... prolly in the crazy house."
He shook his head as he stood outside her door, he wouldn't be surprised if she didn't invite him in. "Just got to be careful, you know. Of course few cope with it better and go hitting on everyone in sight."
Offering her the boxes he still stood there.

Allie took the boxes, one by one, from him. She sat them on her bed to unpack later, glancing at him. "I just don't get to see a lot of movies...probably fewr now that I have to work at staying in this school. Good grades and all that."
"People go to the crazy house?" she stopped, her teal eyes widening. She shook her head, no...that couldn't be true. "There doesn't seem to be any one that should be in an insane asylum here. Maybe they just can't handle being at the school...the workload or what ever."
She smirked about the 'hitting on' statement. "That's why I make sure to keep my door locked. That, and I don't want people fooling with my projects."

Azzo looked at her, "Heh... wait till you meet the infamous Frankie. You'll understand what I mean by Crazy, at least that's what they say." He added the last bit in a whisper looking around to see if she was behind him.
He nodded, "I suppose I ought to let you get to unpacking. It's nice to meet you though, If you need any help I'm the forth room on the first floor."

Allie nodded, thinking it had to be just a silly rumor. "Alright...thanks. I'll be sure to come find you if I need any help, or mice hyponotized."
She waited for him to step out of the door, then moved to close it. "Nice meeting you, Azzo. Thanks for all the help."
Once the door was shut, she promptly locked the door. No sense in being safe...just in case there was some truth to the rumor.

He gave a wave and headed back to his room, "Good night."
