PS- I've noticed that the most hypocrytical religion is Satanism.

Why?

i used to be wiccian but then God spoke to me and got me out of all that crap. I was in deep like talking to demons and stuff. Its some pretty powerful stuff and will controll you. People think they can stop it from controlling them but you really cant unless you go to God and just stay away from that crap.

From what Ive been able to gather (pretty much all my best friends are Wiccan and I;m a Christian Mystic and a reluctant psi-vamp), Wiccans, in general, dont believe that there is a Satan, as they dont believe that there can be anything that is truely evil. Also, many dont believe in demons, they believe in other spirits, and that some are negative, but not in demons as the followers of Satan and fallen angles sort of thing.
This leads me to my question: were you Wiccan or a witch? If you were Wiccan, what branch of Wicca did you follow? Were you Gardnerian, ecclectic, or another branch? I am purely curious here, not trying to challenge anything that you said, just looking for some clarification.

very simply, you might try asking one. most pagans can tell you exactly what wicca is and their belief system. i know many pagans who are more than willing to explain.

from what i know, and i know a lot: its very earthy, very peaceful. they worship the mother goddess and practice more healing and energy work than witchcraft. also, keep in mind that the movement of energy is a very natural thing, it is truely a wonderful healer and as such, i cannot believe that energy manipulation is evil.

dont flame, discuss ^^

You sound like you're talking about sataria.
Wiccan is a bit different.

its like witch craft but it doesnt involve the devil (according to actual wiccans i hang out with) they worship nature and their 'god' resembles the devil but has a different character...it could be him disguising his intentions but...you know...who knows...some of the wiccans i know despise the idea of an opposer of god who betrayed him to his face...they've even cried when i told them the story of judas...but they are still involved in wicca.

A lot of people (including my step mom) think that Wicca is affiliated with devil worship or Satanism... But it it really more of a spiritual in touch with nature type thing. I'm still kinda into that stuff. It makes for an interesting life. But one of my very good friends is Wiccan and she tells me that it also has to do alot with self respect... (no drugs, alcohol, self-hurt, etc.) Basically, nothing that will hurt your physical or mental state. And I like that... It might help me with some of my problems.... xp

my friend is into wicca. she had this big book of messed up things to try, like one time she got an empty pringle can and put a nickle in it, the book said that if she hid it and came back for it the next day it would be filled with cash...it didnt work. she said that was wicca, so it was wierd...

Wicca doesn't intend to be evil. They don't go around killing people or harming them. They want to keep in touch with nature, and worship mother earth. It's basically a good message they spread!!

BUT

It involves stuff that's been forbbiden by God, so I don't think it's okay for a christian to dig that stuff ^_^;;

Oh come, on play nice.
But Penguins, if you are truely a Christian then you shouldnt want to be a Wiccian. So you might want to sit back and think about where you really stand.

it involves 5 elements:
earth
air
fire
water
spirit
it's quite a new religion in comparison to most; I don't think it was created until 1923 or something like that, but yeah it got it's basics from paganism and sort of changed a cople of areas; I think,

I believe you're thinking of the pentagram, a symbol commonly used by Wiccans and other Pagans. The 5 points represent the 5 elements.

why would someone beliebve in this its like scinceology in a way.
