I disagree with Divash on this...

I say sport the kipah, don't be like them, don't take your hat off in church.

I read a rabbi's commentary on this somewhere on the internet. He said that if a Jew needs to enter a church for whatever reason you should present yourself as a visitor. I have to agree with this. A kippah isn't really a hat anyway, just like a tichel or a hijab isn't really a hat.
