I think a saw a TV movie that had a part about movie theaters like that. It was the future, and people went there just to so a head on the screen ramble about loyalty to the rulling class or some crap like that. Trully Terrifying !!! LOL

LOL Considering the book was written in 1949, the very early years of what was to become know as the Iron Curtain, it really was a scary book. That's what people ACTUALLY thought the Soviets would do.

That's what people ACTUALLY thought the Soviets would do. Yeah, and now the US isn't too far from trying to control every aspect of life either. If they joined up with walmart, it would be complete. We would then have "BLOCK", the all powerful ruling company from the pendragon book series.
