if WWE want to get ratings back they will put the belt on HBK because not only does it open up new avenues but with CENA starting filming on his new movie in the upcoming weeks it makes sense to take the spotlight to an old hand.
imagine the flashback, HBK & Undertaker with world titles around their waists.
if HBK decides next years Wrestlemania will be his last match then how better than to have him run up to Mania with the belt and defend against HHH to end the Heartbreak Kid legacy.
it just MAKES SENSE to give the belt to HBK
