Upon searching, it seems like The Sims 3 doesn't have it. Oh well.
I own the game. I found out that you can only tickle toddlers.

So you have to start them off as babies, then you can tickle them when they're old enough, but once they're past the toddler phase, they're too old to tickle? That's kind of silly. Seems like the apparent starting age for the non-baby child set should be young enough.
I know, it's really stupid, but that's how it is. It's too bad, really; sims 1 and 2 has it, why not sims 3?

So I got Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies for the DS the other day, and I've just found my favorite negative status effect.
Apparently, certain enemies can tickle your party members. (I've only run into Lunaticks being able to do this, so far. You definitely run into them underground in the ruins of Brigadoom; I haven't seen them elsewhere yet.) If it tries, you get this message:
Quote:
(Enemy) gives (party member) a titter-inducing tickle.
(titter: to give smothered laugh; to giggle.
If it succeeds, you get this message at that point:
Quote:
(Party member) starts giggling uncontrollably.
His/her status is set to Inactive and you won't be able to give orders to him/her. When his/her turn comes around, you get this message:
Quote:
(Party member) is doubled over with uncontrollable laughter.
It wears off after a turn of it.
Now, if the tickling fails, this message shows up after the attempt:
Quote:
(Party member) isn't particularly tickled.
Now, I don't know if its success has anything to do with whether or not the party member has something equipped as a top or not, or if so, what is equipped, but it seems they've had much more success when I back having unequipped them. I'd like to experiment with sending them in wearing midriff-baring tops; for female characters, the default is sleeveless shirts that cover their tummies, so... yeah. Problem is, I have to acquire them.
So it turns out, regarding MySims Agents, that, while you don't see it, there is tickling in it.
A necessary part of the game is sending recruits on dispatch missions which you get either by going through the main plot or by having other missions completed. Up to three recruits may be sent on a mission attempt. As the mission proceeds, the client and your recruits text you back. Sometimes, these texts come on the form of asking you for advice between two options.
When you go to dispatch agents to do "The Prominence" mission, send a squad with Beebee in it. (Form one if you don't have one.) At some point, she'll say Daryl wants to saw her in half, and ask if she should let him. Say yes. Apparently, the saw tickles her.

Actually, that bit about the Sims tickling til someone uh....refills the Bladder bar razz I remember that cause my uncle had the Sims Bustin Out. I'm pretty positive it was that game, but the interaction was limited as Tickle Silly! from an adult to children only. Course the thing was, it has a much higher risk of being rejected then simply tickling the kid and it depletes the Bladder need instantly no matter how high it is.
As you can see, I apparently did it a lot >.> razz Kids were cute to tickle!
I've just watched the Let's Play of Toonstruck. And it seems that, for a required puzzle solution (so if you intend to play this game, but don't want stuff spoiled, well, don't click the buttons), you can pick up a feather by
feeding a vulture in Zanydu a piece of meat from the Malevolands, tainted by the weed killer from the barn
then plucking the feather. You give it to
the malevolated sheep
, and
the malevolated cow
demands that said
sheep
tickle her until she screams for mercy. Said scream probably never happens, but if someone wants to play the game and watch until it either does or is clear that it won't, be my guest. (Also, the tickling might be disturbing if you're thinking of the tickled spot in terms of what it's the equivalent of, but if it helps, in the real world, they're touched by human hands and hooked up to machines all the time.)

There is a scene in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers where Layle inadvertently tickles the character whose name we soon learn is Amidatelion. She giggles and says afterward, "I am very ticklish." I didn't know she could be ticklish. It makes me wonder if all
Yukes
-- particularly the females -- are ticklish, and I wouldn't mind tickling one who wanted me to.
Given the choice, I'd rather see Belle tickled, especially after seeing her at Costa Faguita, but hey, I haven't beaten it yet, so maybe it does happen...
