Aahh- a subject that she was still discovering the answers to as well. Lifting her body up in the bag she stood more rigid and spoke in a serious tone. " I do not know all the details- Astraea could probably tell you more than i could. The Negaverse is a collection of negative energies, and the minions/followers/corrupted ones of those negative energies. From what i can tell they work in a military like structure. The beasts you see around town are called Youma, or demons as some call them. They are formations of those evil energies that are given life. The negaverse is evil. It is a senshi's duty to kill youma they come into contact with- if left alone the youma will attack and kill humans. If a negaverser attacks you must defend yourself first and foremost, injure the enemy is possible as well. Sailor Senshi are the protectors of this world, a last line of invisible defense."

"So basically...play batman?" Elzo could do that. He'd been doing it, but, hey, at least he was on the right track. "Good to know I was doing something right. Thought I might be like, messing up along those lines." He sent Liz a smile. "I like your cat, she's honest. Oh, here." he offered her the bag of remaining cookies. "I don't want em. The rest are all peanut butter and ginger snaps. Good, but, eh." He gave Chloe a smaller smile. "I don't have any cat treats though. I mean, you do eat, cat food and stuff right?"

"Pretty much." She nodded and relaxed her posture. " Though if you ever see a giant light in the sky with a picture of hail on it- ide be a little worried." She smirked.
She knew all too well how honest her cat was- sometimes to the point it was blunt or just rude. She guessed it was one of her charms?
"Ooh thank you! I love peanut butter cookies." She grinned grabbing the bag- Chloe totally never ate cat food now that it was known she wasn't a normal cat (apparently beforehand she pretended to eat and just tossed out the food to make it look like she did). It was pretty much assured she would be sharing these with her later. Once she grabbed it though- her phone gave a little ding ding noise. Signaling she had a text. Beth flipped out her phone and... Eek.. it was from her mom wondering where she is. That's when she finally grasped the time. "Sorry to be rude but we need to be going- i need to be getting home."

"If I got some kind of Senshi signal, that would be cool but slightly...'giving me away'? I always thought batman was asking for it, with the damn thing." Liz's enthusiasm at the cookies made Elzo chuckle. As she opened her phone, he mimicked the same. "....That makes two of us. I'm about ready to break curfew if I don't book it back to the dorms."
Shoving his phone back into a pocket, he pulled out a small notepad and pen. Jotting down his number, Elzo wasted no time in handing it to the cookie loving comrade. "My cell. Call me if you want to go out. Not on a date I mean. Like patrolling and stuff." His own phone beeped. 15 minutes until Hillworth would start with the detentions! "Gotta run! See ya Liz! Chloe!" With that, the boy was off running.
To bad he'd not make it back in time.

Tucking the number into her purse (man, if only skirts had pockets) she made a mental note to call that number sometime. He was way too old for her anyways- 3 year age difference? Yeesh ew! She made another mental note to start to call him 'older brother', he seemed nice enough and she was a only child so it only made sense to seek out siblings elsewhere right? Striding off- she also darted towards her house.
Lucky that her mom is more lenient for curfew.
