the won't be able to do the Vashta Narada in the evolving item if they do one because Shadowplay has this in the item description:

Wandering in the vast library you notice with some trepidation that you are casting two shadows.

UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who posted about this in the suggestion thread. We now have Doctor Who items added to the Item Digest. (Its the official list that designers look at. No promise that they will be made... but its a great step!
