Tyler Had been sitting there the whole time simply observing what was going on. He tried to keep the a low profile and watched who he believed where all locals. He had finished his meal and waited for the bartender to get back...he was low on milk and knew he wanted more.
When the bartender did come back with a crying Inu-boy, Tyler just slightly shook his head watched things unfold and sipped the remains of his milk. Hellainya spoke when he was in the middle of a sip and Tyler froze it would seem his ears stood straight up as if he had been alerted to something and he just stopped and stared he was aware of what was going on in front of him but he was fixated on Hellainya for a few minutes.
Finally this spellbound neko-boy blinked and shook his head as to make sure he was awake he finished his milk. "(I need a room...)" he thought. He went up to the bar an sat down looked at the bartender and and asked about rooms and and another glass of milk. He took the best room he could afford for now.. The milk he drank it slowly enjoying it, there was no need to rush.

Alex jumped slightly out of his light sleep and noticed the loud noises and cries before him. He wouldn't help at all as it was his nature to just stay quiet and be out of the way. His blue eyes followed the man who had pushed the Neko to the door and noticed the women at the table opposite from him had spoke up..
Alex watched her save the boy and sighed lightly, 'isn't bothersome to care so much like that?' he mumbled to himself. He'd never do anything like that. Mostly do to his also anti-social nature of him. Though he was a bit jealous the neko boy got a free room. But he was sure he could sleep at his table for a good long nap until he was kicked out to the streets.

Hellainya had gazed to the child who just seemed so dazzled by her. She found it rather cute though at the same time annoying. So she would decide to gaze at the boy with a mild manored calm. Hellainya's blue eyes starting to swirl and glow behind her hood and vail. This was yet again, not her own fault. The curse of Allure was upon her and she would brim with a silver aura of soothing energies.
As Hellainya seemed to shine with this light. She would approach decide it best to just go to her room. Placing on the bartop for the little male, several gold coins. She would attempt to go to the stairway un-noticed. Though chances of that are like winning the lottery. Her silence given, she wanted the boy to get himself a meal and bed to rest in. As Hellainya wished this cold night to pass.

Alex had barely got the glimpse of Hellainya's eye's but something within him had just jerked at the mere feeling of whatever came from her. It sparked his curiousity badly as he sat up quickly and stared at the stairs she had walked up too.
'What in the world was that feeling...?" He cringed at the annoying feeling in his gut and forced it away as he look to the money in his hands. 'hopefully this is enough to afford a room...and see if I can't get a closer look..." His eyes looked around before he moved calmly to the bar tender and payed for a room. The cheapest on the list. At least there was a bed, right?

Tyler watched Hellainya in the corner of his left eye. "(I wonder if this stranger isn't from around her, I've yet to see anyone else here do that)" he thought to himself and took a sip. He debated on asking the bartender just where the hell he was but he didn't want other people in the tavern to think he wasn't form around here although at the same time he thought it'd be obvious because of his clothes but yet he was a mercenary so it it should be a look that anyone would have seen. "(But how many of them have seen a Neko-boy? but there was an Inu-boy here so it should be that uncommon right?)" he thought taking another sip. he'd wait awhile see what else happens.

Jack walked to the tavern on the corner of the city. He had just rode in from the near metropolis of Krynn. He was a full time soldier being transferred from Krynn to the smaller city called Tickle Town, ... or city or something. It had just been founded recently and still had not begun building an army of its own... not even a police force. His job was to start recruiting and training the locals to defend themselves. But tonight he would buy a room in the Purple Lotus Tavern. It wasn't really his choice seeing as there was no other tavern. As he walked in, his many years of military training helped him to take in everything about the main room the second he glanced in. First he saw the bartender wiping down the bars. There was nothing on them so he assumed that this was just a nervous tick he had picked up from lack of service. Then he scanned the room and saw a rather pale young man, (he thought it was a man) walking up to the bartender, then there was a sorcerer, or someone looking like a sorcerer finishing his drink. he noticed a mercenary armband on his right upper arm. He may be of some use, ...if i have enough money he thought to himself. From a thin line of dust coming from the ceiling every so often he assumed someone or something was up there. Finally he looked to the staircase and saw a little boy...with ears and a tail... rather uncommon if i do say so. With that he almost guided his attention back to the bartender, but then jerked his head back to see a small feminine figure in a black robe of some sort. She almost avoided his detection, and that was enough to grab his attention. No one avoids his detection. Well there was that one time...lets not dwell on that. "Uh, excuse me miss, i know its late but do you mind if i buy you a drink?" He said approaching the staircase. He was curious as to who she was. And since he was to be here for a long time, he needed to get to know the locals. Where better to start than with a woman. He said to himself with a chuckle.

Hellainya's eyes would widen as she was caught in a way. Slowly she would turn about to face this male. Blue hues would shimmer through her hood and vail. Gazing about the tavern she wanted to remain unknown for the rest of the week. She knew her tower would have been created by Oct 31st. In this she had to stay in this tavern till it was compleate.
As Hellainya spoke in a soft and heavenly tone, the enchantment of Allure was given out. A curse and yet harmless in a sense. Till someone decided Hellainya would make a beautiful slave herself. Well that was in the past and few had the abilities to catch a Vixen such as Hellainya. Especially in her own tower which was still underway. "Thank you, though no kind sir" she responded. The voice was calm and it showed compassion.
Yet again her form beaconed out for others to take notice and she seemed to sigh to herself as she was ment to be here under cover to make sure her Tower was on time. A mystical aura of silver flames would dance about Hellainya and the bartender would raise a brow to his guests identity.
Hellainya, the owner and creator of this town had finally arrived. Yet few would ever reconize her, less they knew her from the North Tickle Tower. Though anything was possible and in this she would wait this new male to either show more interest in her or let her walk up the stairs for some sleep.

Thus far, it seemed to be getting late.. But with Katrina's mind wondering as it did, she truly couldn't be sure. She felt so... Lost. Time and time again she visited this place, ordered a drink and just... Thought. But each time she thought she would only become more and more miserable. Where was the excitement in her life? The drama? The... The love. All of this avoided her.
Though sitting here just.. Thinking... Made her a little more happy. She would see couples walking through the place time and again. It just made her happy seeing them. Katrina had actually applied for a job there. She had, as of the day before been accepted. Though that night her shift didn't start for another hour.
So now, she had an hour to burn off yet the place was empty. Only the few regular people she saw around, other than that... Nobody. "Where is everybody tonight..?" Katrina murmured from her chair at the far right of the room.

As the woman looked at Jack, his breath was taken away. Her glowing eyes from underneath the hood called to him. He couldn't let this woman go away. "Please Miss, I must insist." He hoped she would reconsider. He only hoped to once touch... Wait what the heck is happening. This isn't Jack. He would never fall so quickly or be allured by someone he had just met. Something wasn't right about this. Someone had to be doing something to his head, and for some reason he did not think it was the beautiful looking woman on the staircase. Despite all of these thoughts going through his head he was able to keep a straight and sincere face, longing, and waiting intently for an answer. Out of the corner of his eye he saw another woman come in and sit in the far right room. She had a contemplative look on her face. This place was full of interesting people.

Hellainya knew it would be best for herself not become known. Though what was the harm in a drink. She in truth had wanted to see how the people were acting about her town. So as she would look to Jack who gazed over at this other women, she just smirked. Her gentle tone would reach out again and state. "I could use something to drink" she said.
Slowly she would look about the bar and she just shrugged to herself. They would all know it was her by morning either way. As that is when she goes to see Nazra about opening the new tower. As she would just smile and walk over to the barkeep. She had waited for this male to follow her. Though if he was to busy with a new face, it did not bother her either way. Hellainya would order herself a simple mint tea, something to calm her nerves for a good nights rest.

Jack waited till she passed in front of him, walking to the bar, before smiling to himself. She had agreed. What can I say, I'm a ladies man. As he followed behind her, he watched her walk and he could see a hint of slightly swaying hips underneath the heavy cloak/robe. He stopped staring, for some weird reason he felt as though she knew what he was doing. But then again surely she understood...he was a soldier, and had just finished a long journey. He slid onto a stool beside her, and asked, "So what will you have, m'lady?" As he asked the question he took of his hard leather hat and brushed his short black hair a bit. "I'll have a "Black Stallion", with a touch of "va", please." As he sat there, he tried to catch a glimpse of the woman underneath the cloak. he made out a little, but not enough to identify.

Hellainya's cloak of shadows masked her very form. The only sight to behold was glowing blue eyes. Her form seemed lithe and some how fragile. Beautiful in many ways, like a snow flake. Though just like the cold harsh winters embrace, Hellainya's temper could be just as unforgiving.
As she gazed to the male, she would smile faintly. "I will take a simple mint tea this fine eve" she stated. Slowly sitting herself down she would wait for this male to order the drinks and tip the keeper. Though the night was possibly young, Hellainya had been traveling all day. So bed was slowly calling her to the chambers of dreams.

"Mint tea it is", said Jack as he handed the barkeep two gold coins, plus another for tip. Jack was becoming more intrigued by the sec, though he made sure to stay aloof and not show any hint of what was going through his mind. Jack looked toward the cloaked figure and gave his most charming smile. "By the way, I'm Jack. The people from the kingdom of Krynn sent me here to help this town train both a police force and an army to defend itself from attack and pillaging and... well you get the idea. So I'm gonna be hanging around here for a while. So... what do people around here do for fun?" Jack was tired as well, but he had arrived at the town relatively early and to go to sleep now would be such a crime. The name of the town made him think that maybe their interest was tickling. If that was the case then they had something in common, because tickling was quite a hobbie of his, though he had not participated in the past time for quite a while now. Seeing as he had lived in a barracks for a many years and the only ones in that barracks were guys, ... well he didn't find tickling other guys appealing.

Hellainya would simply smirk to herself as the other stated his reasons in her town. Slowly she would wait for the keep to make her tea. As she thought this over and listened to the male. She would giggle alittle to herself as she stated. "Well, this town was founded on the owners amusement for tickling yes. This town is a safe haven for slaves in the aspect that tickling is the worst punishment one receives." she stated.
Hellainya would look to the warm tea, allowing it to cool alittle she would turn to the male. "As for the gaurds here. They have been trained by Commander Nazra Dae. A hand selected specialist in the arts of warfair. So I sujest you talk to Mistress Hellainya on these ideas" she teased further. Then she would look about the bar and smile to herself.
Hellainya actully liked watching sports or games between males tickling each other or girls tickling males. It was all good, and Hellainya would simply allow her own ideals travel onward in her veiw and dream of this town.
