Hey, better mace then nothing! Bell thought. She'd never signed up for all this senshi stuff anyway! And just look at all the bad publicity they were getting! Terrorists? Pranksters!? Bell was anything but! Just what was this going to do for her career!? SHe was going to have to cut short on rehersals, her grades were going to start dropping because she would be so tired from fighting bad guys, and she'd be all bruised! Heaven forbid she break an arm or something! How would she explain anything like that!? Sure it might have been fine for Meadowview girls, but something like that at Crystal Academy was not about to go unnoticed!
"Ummm,..well then okay." Bell really didn't know what to say, so she gave a shrug.

The reaction was nothing short of disappointing. Taking a final swig of her soda, she let out a soft burp as her lips parted from the can.
"...'scuse me..." she grunted out before sharing what was on her mind.
"Ye don't 'ave t'be so uptight, Bell-a-Bell-Ding-Dong." Hoisting her body up from the casual position it had somewhat been lounging in, she held up her right hand, tightened up into a loose fist. She held it out expectantly, then looked to the fawn-haired girl.
She did know what a fist-bump was, right?

"I'm not, I'm being realistic. AND, my name is Bell McMahon, not whatever random name you spout off." As she said this, she eyed Ellie's loose fist... and poked it. Tooooootally as close to a fist bump as she was getting.

Blowing a puff of air through her bangs again, Ellie could not help but feel a bit disappointed at the failed attempt at a fist bump. It was just like this girl was taking her more than generous compliments and offers, and was throwing it back in her face. This girl obviously didn't want to be here, and not being the type to torture someone for too long, the blonde figured it was time to show Bell the door should she want it.
"No, yer bein' uptight," she insisted before adding "And since yer such a busy girl, I s'pose I should let'cha get goin'." Rather promptly, she stood up and gestured towards the door, as if expecting the fawn-haired girl to take the offer as soon as possible.

Ugh, she had school tomorrow, didn't she? It wasn't even that far in to the school year and Bell didn't want to go to classes... She would much rather catch up on sleep.
She sighed. "I guess I should. Sleep is a precious thing, and school is eating in to it..."

Walking the girl to the door, Ellie offered a sympathetic shrug and pointed out "Usually weekends are meant for sleep. Yer probably booked solid then too though, so I guess I can't help on that." Opening the door, she offered a friendly smile (despite the fact she was feeling a bit jaded) and a wave of the hand.
"See ya around, I guess..."

Weekends? What were weekends? Bell started to say. Really, when you live at school and your life is full of non-stop action, and now a little mayhem, you really don't get week ends.
"See ya," She replied, and begn the walk to the bus stop.
