"Huh. I like cats." Was all Danika said. Her favorite animals were probably cats and crows, "I think it's good that you follow your instincts to keep alive, but don't forget to think about a purpose or meaning once in a while. You could do a lot of good with your abilities, if you chose to."
She paused to switch tools, putting a thin layer of gauze and tap on her cheek. Danika frowned, not wanting to pressure the girl before she was ready, "But no reason to rush I'm sure."
Scooping things up, Danika put the creams and bandaids away, closing the lid with a satisfying click, "There you are." Feeling a bit nervous now, she stared at her hands, "If you need to talk about anything with this life of yours, feel free to tell me."
Okay, so it wasn't that she wanted to be buddy buddy, but Danika was really looking forward to having another source of information. Of course, she wouldn't admit that she was concerned for the girl, especially for just starting out with it being so dangerous.

Mili hadn't really taken the time to think of "purpose" yet. So far, she had beat up monsters and saved innocent people, wasn't that "purpose" enough. She scowled a bit at the comment. It had been along night, and her nerves were at their end.
She, for once, had some tact and decided to not lash out on Danika. The girl was helping her, and did offer to listen to her when she was having problems, which was something Mili was lacking. They may not have been friends, but the idea of a confidant was comforting.
"Thank you," she said softly as she looked at the ground, "you didn't have to help me... thank you for it though".
She stood up and walked to the door, turned the knob, and pushed it open part way, pausing before exiting, "just one more favor," Mili said without turning to look back, "please don't tell anyone about this".

Danika gave a short laugh, shaking her head, "I'm not the talkative type. Don't worry, no one needs to know." She got up and walked to the door, giving a nod of good bye, "Take care. Put some more cream on tomorrow, though it should be alright to take the bandage off."
Well, they weren't what Danika would call friends, but at least more than acquaintences now. It was nice to know that there was another senshi around, at least.
