"Well, it kinda involves gettin' nekkid," Faolan purred, stepping up so that he was on the back porch now. "Maybe soakin' in a nice warm bath fae awhile. Got tha' big tub an' it gets so lonely in there."

Ellandra eyed Faolan thoughtfully, then tapped her chin a bit and smiled. "Shower first, get clean - then soak in the tub. And I can join you then," she said with a secretive smile.

Faolan held out his arms. "You could just hose me down. Or I can get naked here if you'd like so as not t' track mud in th' house."

Ellandra flinched and blinked. "I - Faolan, you'd still track mud into the house; it's all over you!"

"Get th' hose an' I'll wash me feet at least," Fao said, already peeling off his muddy clothes to stand naked on their back porch.

Ellandra rolled her eyes at Faolan's silliness and went to get the hose. "Honestly, I don't see what you like so much about rolling around in the mud anyway."

Fao nodded. "Aye. I get tha' you like flowers, but th' house is all frou-frou now." Clearly he was teasing. Sort of. "Hurry up wi' th' hose, woman."

"Frou-frou?" Ellandra echoed, blinking, then wrinkling her nose up as she pouted. "Frou-frou?" she said again, then grabbed the hose and turned it on. "I'll show you frou-frou!" She turned the water up full-blast and turned to Fao, pressing her thumb over the nozzle and launching a stream of water at her husband, spraying him down from head to toe.

"Ack! Ack!" Faolan yelped, trying to hold his hands up to ward off the water. "Careful wi' me fun bits!"

Ellandra stuck her tongue out at Fao and just sprayed him in the face instead, albeit letting the spray flow a little gentler this time. "I like you better as a redhead than a brunette, you know that?"

Faolan sputtered at the water to the face, holding a hand up to deflect it as much as he could. "I know. At least I'm not a carrot top like poor Sam, though. La, we'll ne'er be able t' lose th' boy in a dark room."

Ellandra gave Faolan a once-over with the hose again before judging him to be relatively clean enough to head inside, and turned the hose off. "But that's a good thing, you see," she told her husband. "In fact, I'd love it if we had half a dozen little carrot-tops running around someday!"
