the time was up and the chamber started draining the water. vegetas eyes where still closed even after the water drained. he opened them slowly his hope still drained. he'll kill us all.... he looked up and saw bulma. then he looked down again. vegeta just sat there.

bulma jumped slightly as the water began to drain, the noise surprising her. she watched as his eyes opened, looking at her briefly and then away again. she sighed and stepped backwards as the glass opened.
"vegeta..." she stepped towards him again, tentatively, "are you ok... what happened?"

"its a long story..." he explained the entire battle with broly and how he is back and how we need kakarot and how he got wounded and what broly is capable off. "i feel useless!" he punched the machine and sent it flying, it crashed on a wall and was almost completely destroyed. vegeta fell on his knees he still had no clothes on. "we are all dead...."

she jumped again as the machine was sent flying- before she would have screamed, but she had gotten used to his actions- tantrums- over the time she had known him.
"oh great- now i have to fix that as well!" she sighed and knelt down next to him, "i'm sure it'll be fine... we do need Goku though..." things just seemed to go better when he was around.
"that jerk is never around when you need him!" she stood up, looking at what was once the regeneration tank "i guess i'd better get started on this mess!" she looked back at him "go put some clothes on and come and help me" maybe it would be better to take his mind off things- besides she would never be able to move some of this mess on her own!

~Outside West City~
A loud explosion was herd as the ground began to shake lightly, there had apparently been a massive disruption within the heart of the city, a few casualties and some damaged buildings... But nothing too serious.. The TV broadcasters were filming the disaster at it's source..!
Reporter: It seems that a man with blond hair has begun attacking West city! The military is on it's way to combat this threat and phone calls have been made to contact Mr. Satan! Oh..? It.. It looks like the terrorist is trying to say something..!
"KAAAAAAAAKAAAAAAAAAAROOOOOOOOOOOOTTT!!!"
Reporter: What's a kakarot!? Well ladies and gentl- what the?!? AAAHHGGGHGG-
The screens went blank as the violent sound was now cut off, it seemed the reporter had been destroyed..

"ok..." vegeta got up and went to get dressed. then he returned to help bulma with the mess he had made. brolys power kept increasing vegeta felt it. we have to act fast...

the whole time they were clearing up vegeta was distracted- he tried to hide it, but she could tell.
"your not going to try and fight him again are you...?"

"i am...theres a way....bulma is there any way you can make my tail grow back?" he said this in all seriousness as we all know hes not the joking type. "theres more to the super saiyan legend. it can ascend saiyan up to four levels. but i need my tail to try to get to that stage. bulma..." he grabbed her hand. "can you do it?"

More of the city began to quake as a building collapsed now! Screams form the citizens could be herd from far away as Broly hovered around lost in his own rage, surrounded by a sphere of ki energy which destroyed anything it touched now..
"Kakarot.... KAKAROT..!"

"um" she stammered " i don't know... i suppose, no that wouldn't work. i could try genetically modifying the tissue, but i don't think it would be the same as a real tail..." she thought for a moment. "your tail reacts to celestial light, right?!" she pulled him out of the room, not waiting for an answer. as she spoke she continued to pull him down the corridor "if i could make a machine of some sort that could create enough celestial light, it might trigger the growth of the your tail..." she remembered how Goku would transform when he looked at the moon- it was something to do with green spectrum light... she hadn't really though about it before- though it had to have something to do with this.
"they are called Blutz waves, if i remember rightly- that's what causes the transformations in saiyans." she let go of him once she entered her lab, starting to look around for pieces that could make up this machine.

vegeta just nodded she had no idea what she was saying but once she got this way there was no stopping her. shes a genius after all. "haha i knew you could do it." now to transcend saiyan i need to train... "bulma i will be in the gravity chamber. once you are done find me." vegeta rushed to the gravity chamber. now the real training and battle will begin hahahaha

vegeta trained hard for the next week that had past. "now i know i can do it." "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" in a flash of light vegeta turned super saiyan.  "this power is incredible! but i know i have more!" "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"  vegetas saiyan clothes expanded with his growth of his muscles his ki made cracks on the floor and wall of the chamber. it also caused the earth to shake."this is what im talking about hahahahahaha this power is mine! hahahahahahahaahaha"

Bulma smiled- she had finally finished. she wiped her brow with her sleeve- for anyone else it would have taken years to create this machine, but she had managed it in just a week! she just hoped that it worked... broly had been reeking havoc through out the city, and all they could do was sit around and do nothing- it was infuriating for her, she could only imagine how it must be for vegeta...
she looked up, the water in her glass had begun to move, suddenly the whole floor began to shake violently. she clutched on to her desk and waited for the movements to subside.
she ran out to the gravity chamber, Vegeta hadn't been back to the house in over a week now, this was nothing to what she had been used to though. he would leave her for weeks to train in deserted areas- sometimes she would wonder if he was ever coming back... recently though the trips had become shorter, now he would choose to train in the gravity chamber- this made her happy... apart from all the repairs she had to do on his training equipment. still- at least she knew he was safe.
she came to a stop in front of the chamber door, banging loudly on the glass,
"Vegeta... Hey Vegeta!" she yelled, trying to get his attention, she couldn't see him inside the room "its ready..." she smirked

Another large quake had shaken the city as more buildings fell... The city had been evacuated for a while now as Broly continued to destroy the city, his power level increasing with every second....! The land crumbled and fissures were created as the earth's crust gave way, it had been like a scene from hell..
