Lina listened intently to the stallion as she brought her tail up to bat at an irritating fly that landed on her. She really did hat the little pests and they annoyed her to no ends. Luckily, it seemed that the tiny creature took her warning and buzzed off before she did any damage to it. Sure she defended crabs, but flies were a completely different story. Call her hypocritical if you want. It was just her way of thinking.
Sunil was right, she thought to herself. Perhaps they had each been raised a little differently but they were both still out on their own and had some of the same goals. Once again Lina felt her cheeks warm at another comment from the handsome stallion. Was he flirting with her? To be entirely honest she couldn't tell. Having not been far from home before she hadn't ever really learned to tell the difference. She never had been known to be particularly bright, no, she was simply just brave, and seemed to be rather lucky too.
She did hope that there was someone out there for her. She wasn't particularly sure it was this Ichsa stallion. The thought passed through her mind for a few moments as she thought it over. What if he was for her? He was handsome enough, but he seemed so into his own looks that she wasn't entirely sure she could ever stay around him too long. He had seemed to tone it down a little. Or perhaps he was simply showing off? The white mare couldn't quite tell but she wasn't really sure any sort of relationship other than being friends would work for the two of them.
"Well, I don't have anyone waiting for me yet, but I hope to some day." She really did hope. She couldn't imagine a life without anyone. She wanted foals and she wanted a family. A nice close knit family was what she craved. "What about you do you have anyone waiting for you?"

"No?" Sunil effected a look of surprise as he heard the mare state she had no one awaiting her return, though he had expected such an answer - well it wasn't polite to let the mare kno that, why it might make her feel badly and Sunil - well he wasn't to fond of hurting others feelings. Snorting slightly the steed threw his head back as though this was impossible news, well aware that the action would cause the tassels upon his head to bob and weave in a unique fashion.
"Why I find that incredibly hard to believe Miss Lina, but surely some lucky creature will someday be rewarded the privilege of awaiting your return" He continued with a pleasant look upon his face before he answered her return question. "I am afraid we once more seem to be traveling the same trails - life has yet to give me such a companion, but then I haven't really been looking I expect, Helios and I are merely wandering batchlors at the moment"

The white mare was momentarily distracted as she watched the tassels upon the Stallions head bob and weave. They were almost enchanting in the way they moved. She had only ever seen birds with such decoration upon their heads and was still surprised with the way they looked upon the Stallion giving him a unique appearance and reminding her once more of a bird.
"I'm sorry to hear that. Then again I suppose you don't have anyone to tie you down and nag at you." She told the stallion. Once again saying more than she ought to. That was starting to irritate her too. That she couldn't seem to stop saying so much.
"How much longer should you I be keeping you? I know you need to be getting back to your friend soon and I don't want you to keep them waiting for my sake." She hadn't been sure if the stallion wanted to leave, but the small talk was becoming awkward and she didn't really feel like talking about the stallion she wished she had, and being reminded that she indeed didn't have him.

In all honesty Sunil had quite lost track of time as he spoke with Lina but now that she had reminded him the multi-colored stallion cast a gaze towards the sun to check the time. It was indeed quite a bit later then he had intended to be back - though he doubted Helios would say much about him stopping to chat with a pretty mare.
"Goodness!" He exclaimed when he turned back to the mare "It is quite a bit later then I thought, I expect I really should be getting on my way - though it was lovely to speak with you Miss Lina - perhaps we shall meet again someday and I do wish you well in your travels" Sunil concluded and with a bob of his head and a swish of his strange multi colored tail the stallion wheeled about and set off - presumably in the direction of his friend.

She watched as he studied the sun in the sky and thought. "That's okay. I should probably be leaving too. It was lovely speaking with you too." She replied.
The mare watched as the stallion left and then turned to survey the land around her. Well, where was she going now? To see her family perhaps? Maybe. Then again where was she going to find them? With a little sigh she set off towards what looked to be some water. It was too late to do anything tonight she would get some rest, eat, and drink and then get back to her travels in the morning when she had more light.
