Amelia blinked, he was singing to a dead person? This perplexed Amelia for a second or so, how could a dead person hear him singing? She thought it was a bit silly but she wouldn't dare say that in front of such an amazing singer. Instead she smiled and nodded as Irae talked about the boy who was under the ground below them. But she squeaked a little when he asked her for her name, she wasn't really able to pronounce her name very well.
"Thank you I-Irae..." She paused and cleared her throat. "M-my naaame is...'melia, but it spells like A-M-E-L-I-A...I thiiiink, dat what mama 'n papa saaays." She smiled meekly at him afterward. "Can I's sit wif yooou?" She asked in a soft voice. "Maybe I cans help you sing to the people under there..."

"I'll get mine done before you do!" Sammi challenged her friend, before noticing a certain dark haired fae. Well, two of them, to be exact. "I'll be back, alright?" She said, glancing at Jaella and Alome. She flashed both of them a bright smile before making her way to Matthias. "Hi Kitty!" She said, smiling up at him. Yes, Matth, like Jaella had been one of the lucky few to keep his nickname. She was obvious to the fact that her Kitty didn't look very happy. "Kitty, you look better without these," she said, and without warning reached up to take the straps holding the wings in place. "You're not an angel, Kitty. You should have dressed up as a black cat or something. Not something so unKittyish as an angel." She paused, beaming up at him, oblivious to the fact that she'd been rude. "I'm a fairy."

Reiya gave Darcy a smile and a nod. "Hey, why don't you join in?" She suggested with a shrug. "Hang out with me. Let's play a game, or pull some pranks. We can leave Aaron to greet people." Clearly Reiya didn't have a high opinion of Darcy's twin brother. Maybe it was because Sammi liked him so much. Irritating. Trying to steal her sister away; even if she didn't always get along with Sammi.

Howl gave his mother a sunny smile, hugged her around the knees and... Uh-oh. He'd caught sight of Jaella. Well, the purple haired girl wasn't easy to miss. "Jae, Jae, Jae!" He chanted, making his way towards her. Only then did he realize that Alome was with her as well. But that didn't matter. He only cared about Jaella at the moment. He tapped her calve with a pudgy hand. "Hi Jae!" He said brightly. "I mith you," he hugged her around one leg. He'd already declared his love for her before--as he had done with several other girls. Several of which had rejected him. "I luv you," he told the teenager with a bright smile. He really did love Jaella, which made her unique from all the other girls he'd met so far. It was a respect more than a romantic interest--if toddlers can have them. She had told him she'd help him find Sophie--and for that he loved her.

Of course, that didn't mean he wouldn't love every other girl as well. He gave Alome a smile, and hugged her in turn. He'd only just met Alome at the park a while back, but he liked her well enough. Calcifer liked her too, and Howl's opinion of people usually went by the firedemon's. Calcifer was at the party as well, only hidden. Howl had decided he was the only one to know where the firedemon was.

Devin looked up at his mother, blinking. Ninjas were a kind of assassin? Daddy hadn't told him that! His golden eyes widened for a moment, before a grin replaced the look of disappointment. "Cool! I athathin and ninja!"

Of course, Zee was standing by Stasia protectively, not trusting anyone of the male gender--except the children around. He gave them the benefit of the doubt, and in any case, who in their right mind would choose a child over him?

Loki gave his father a smile, revealing two empty spots where his canines should have been. "No fangs though..." He complained, putting his fingers where they should have been. If he'd been more observant, he would have noticed two tiny peaks poking out of his gums. Instead he frowned. "Hurts, Daddy," he said, looking up at his father. Uh-oh. Looked like someone was getting their fangs late.

Risa's interest had also been caught. "He's been chewing on everything," she stood on her tip toes to whisper into Matth's ear. "Thali says it's called teething, and that Sammi and Reiya went through it--but if that's true, it's come awfully late."

Irae looked up at at Amelia and nodded, putting a finger to her lips. "You have to be hush.. Fero just fell sleep sleep, so I no want to wake him. Singing okies though. It helps you sleep." He smiled, looking at the grave stone again. "'Melia is a pretty name.."

His eyes weren't very focused, and it seemed he was sad. Well, who wouldn't be when just a few days ago you were told you weren't wanted. He was trying to hide it though, and went back to singing the song that Aaron taught him, right before his mother came.

Alome blinked. "Nice too see uu too, Howly. Where Califer?" She really wondered, smoothing the apple's chewy caramel coating with a spoon, the put little black and orange sprinkles around it. She looked around at everyone, smiling. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. She only hoped that Irae would be alright.

Seth edged his way into the grave yard. It made him feel uncomfortable, mostly because everything smelled so decrepid. He looked over at Dimitri who was pushing him along.

"Seth, c'mon now. Go introduce yourself to people!" He gave the little boy another push, straight infront of someone's path and then walked away. The little dog boy whimpered a little, dreading the coming seconds of introduction with the stranger.

"H-hi..." He said in a low voices, tail quite literally between his legs, to the boy at the snack table, looking over apples.

((Bah, I'm horrid at introducing characters, sorry! Tis Iggy he's talking to btw, hope thats okay!))

"I'm S-Seth." The little shy boy said. He felt as though he should probably say something more, but he really couldn't think of anything to say. "I-is the food good?" He looked a little embarrassed to have said something so stupid.

Reiya hugged Natalie happily. "I like your costume too!" She looked up at Darcy, and nodded. "Okay, I'll play with Natalie until you're done. Then we can smash the pinata together." She looked to Natalie, and smiled brightly. "Want to go frost cookies?" She asked, pointing to a table. She took her friend's hand, and lead her over there. She handed Natty a plastic knife, and some orange frosting. "There. You pick out the cookie you want to decorate! After we're done, we can eat them!" She chose a bat for herself, picking out the black frosting. Hm. She'd make his eyes orange.

Sammi gave Matth a smile. "Next time, let Aunt Risa pick out your costume," she said with a grin and a shake of the head. "She has better taste." She paused and looked up at him. "You really like it?" She asked, before looking around. "Hey, where's Milo?"

Devin smiled at his mother, before setting eyes on Maru. He'd never seen her before, but he knew what she was. "Mommy!" He cried, dashing over to her. He had that bad habit of calling every woman he met 'Mommy'; Zee could only hope that he grew out of it.

Zee grinned at Stasia. "No reason. Just making sure no mosters try taking you to their cave, or something like that."

Howl paused to think about it. He'd never seen a caramel apple, so he wasn't sure of what they were supposed to look like. Assuming Jaella's was the norm, he took it and gave her a sunny smile. "Fank you," he said reaching for it. He looked at Alome, and gave another one of his signature smiles. A smile that would break hearts when he grew older. He leaned forward so he could whisper in her ear. "It a thurprith, kay?" He asked, with a cute tilt of his head. "Calthifer no want thpoil hith cothtume."

"Fank you," Loki said, looking up at his father with a holey smile. He took the ice in his gloved hand, and popped it into his mouth. Brrr! He hadn't expected that. It was cold! Why hadn't Daddy warned him?

Risa nodded in understanding. "I see. So, Loki. You get what you wanted! Haven't you been asking for fangs?" She couldn't help but tease, now that her son had gotten his wish. It looked like he was getting them the hard way, though.

Natalie took the frosting and knife and looked at all the cookies. She picked up a large pumpking one and started frosting it. "I'm makin a jack 'o latern for mom and wuke to shawre." She told Reiya happily, adding tons of sprinkles and whatever else was on the table to the cookie. "You gonna make won for you mom and dad?" She asked.

Luke nearly choked on the punch he was drinking when Devin called Maru mommy. 'Did she have other kids besides Natti?' He wondered. Maru shot him a glare, clearly knowing what he was thinking. She bent down so she was closer to Devin's height and smiled. "Well hello there. I'm not your mommy, I'm Natti's mommy." She said pointing to Natti over at the cookie table. "You make a good ninja. What's your name?"

Hunter glanced at Bridget, wondering why she was so sad with so many sweets surrounding her. Finally he crawled across the table to sit next to her, offering her a brownie in an attempt to calm her down. Vaguely he heard Milo underneath, telling the girl to simply shut up. He snarled downwards before looking up and smiling at her. "Nu cwy. It's a happy time! W'at w'ong?"
