Hisoka did not even need to look at the white, lotus mare to know that she was following him like an over excited puppy. He could hear her quick hoof steps and could barely hear the sound of his own thoughts over her words. She was so happy now and very distracted. It was good that she was distracted but Hisoka could almost taste her joy in the air. It honestly made him a little sick with jealousy but he swallowed down the feeling. This was good. It was what needed to happen. This was how things needed to be.
He told himself that over and over again while leading the way back to the usual area that the two stayed in. He had no trouble ignoring Bari's words. He hadn't a damn clue what she was saying anyway. She was speaking too quickly for him to pick out anymore than a word or two.
Letting out a silent sigh he finally glanced back at the mare. She wasn't paying attention to anything. It was too late to go back now. She'd certainly wonder. When they got back he'd seal the deal and bury the memory in the best way to bury a memory.
