Of The Nightfall is by far, imo, the best sounding title. That and Bloodsail Admiral.

A friend of mine's name is "Bolas" which is slang for balls in spanish, he didn't know when he made the character.
He is now going for the "Salty" title.
I like "The Merrymaker" best though..

Conqueror is the best one, and all you have to do is BG a lot. Though I like crusader, but I have it on my DK.

I had battlemaster, but the title was lost when I re-rolled. Gladiator is a sick title, though I must say, it is THE hardest to get. Harder than the Algalon title, due to the fact that memorizing strategies for PVE is easier, but the top PVP players, all play differently, and that's what makes them good, and hard to beat, therefore getting the achievement is such a reward. I'll stick with my rival and duelist titles, since I don't have the time or skill to achieve gladiator.

I like of the Nightfall. So, Nianal of the Nightfall just rolls off my tongue. However, I really want Starcaller. Druid + Starcaller = fun.

I use my "of the Nightfall" title at all times, I think it's the coolest, and it is a difficult title if you don't have the right people to do it. I went in with my guild, we melee zerged it down in about 52 seconds, everyone had above 5k dps...
