Hi! This is concerning the personality of your dust, cause in my opinion that's the most important part. : D/
At first with her personality I was a bit wary because you described her as a 'true lady' and it had all the potential to be a flat character. And cliche for a moon dust. But then all the other things you added made her personality dynamic.
I know that she's usually regal and has a very cool exterior but what interests me is when she becomes familiar with other people. You said that she becomes more playful and cunning. It's nice to explore that bit of her more than her 'usual' personality because I think her personality with her friends is when her real colors come out. Especially when she becomes a bit paranoid when it comes to things that concern her friends. Also, I like that you put different feelings of hers when she is with dusts that are related to her own essence. That's very interesting too.
My only suggestion is add a few bad flaws on her personality because she still seems a bit too.. ladylike still for me, too moon-y. As I said before, maybe expand more on her personality with her friends. But that's it. : p
I think she'd get along well with Aren, haha. Though they;d be too polite and kind to each other, which could lead to a very long and boring conversation lawlz.

Once I can get a chance to OOC her in more situations, I'll be able to get more down. I've only had the chance to "use" her once, so I still need more time to get more down
