Well, from my own viewpoint, I'd say Darth Traya/Kreia
She starts off strong, but then just loses everything...
She just becomes a bitchy old hag in KoTOR 2 gonk
She's also annoying...always bitching about this, sticking her two cents in on that...
Scion and Nihilus were right in betraying her psychotic ranting that she claimed was "teachnig"
I was glad to kill her. > 3< I wanted to be able to just leave her somewhere and forget about her throughout the whole damn game. = 3=

Worst Jedi is either Rosh Penin (for reasons already mentioned in this thread) or, honestly...
Nelani Dinn. She's indecisive, she wavers in her commitment to the Light Side without really considering the Dark Side, her re-commitment to the Light Side after her couple hours of wavering is only half-hearted, she's illogical, she allows her passions to rule her even through her facade of "Jedi calm" and can't think things through on any level. She can't even mediate a conflict, and is completely immobilized by a standard, run-of-the-mill terrorist.
Of course, my opinions.
