You know there's quite a bit I like. Although someone mentioned Motoko from Ghost in the Shell. That would be pretty kick a**. Another good one would be Balsa from Moribito. I also like Kallen Kouzuki (and yes I used her Japanese name cuz I like it better) and C.C. from Code Geass.
