Isaac488 I'm ok with numbers...it's just character building that seems to be my issue. I can't wear armor because it'll interfere with my mage-ness but....I'm just sooo WEAK gonk yeah the d4 hit dice are a pain in the a**, i know i just roled up a lvl 1 sor for a campaign my buddy is running. i recomend mage armor as a spell. it raises your AC by 4. so in low level campaigns you won't get hit much. but seriously seek out items to help you build up your Con score. what are your ability score out of curiosity?

Haha "squishies". Maybe when I level up i'll see if I'm allowed to change them. My high strength comes in handy buut as a primary sorcerer (perhaps later on ranger) it's not that great overall.
EDIT: Wait, don't you roll for stats? That's what we did.

Isaac488 O_O ho s**t that's a lot of info... and honestly...I don't know how my character got to be so...f-ed up basically in stats. If I had more HP I would probably own since I have sleep spell and can put enemies to sleep then bash them with my quarterstaff ah, so you are a Wizard! xd ok. makes a little sense now. what level were you at that point, 1st? 2nd?

Shadows-shine Isaac488 satanic? rofl woow Not at all. All it is is a role-playing game...using a board. I'm still trying to figure it out myself though so I'm not saying what the rules are exactly. ^^' That was exactly my response when some one told me it was satanic. I just laughed and was like Okay...if you say so. So it's basically just a role-playing game...hmm, I don't know. If I ever get curious enough I might try it out. there was a topic about that in a D&D guild... rolleyes the idiot who claimed to be Satanist was one of those stupid cultists that worships Satan to be cool, and he was spitting a whole bunch of crap out of his mouth about how he had been doing Satanic rituals and the WoTC crew went to them to learn how they do that stuff so that they could put it in thee game, but realy the source wasn't credible. anywho, other than that, a D&D game can actually be played in whatever way you want, i know of a number of DMs who run campaigns where they actually promote good deeds and Christian ideals buy upping the power of good and making it very hard for evil characters to get by. smile this one dude plays on an online server based off of the D&D game, it's called Neverwinter Nights. he created a server based around teh Knghts Templar, where Paladins and Monks are the most powerfull options to play. you can be a member of the Knights Templar, or you can be a Monk of the Crimson Order. they have other options, but they are weaker and don't have any real boons... plus, he made it almost impossible for Rogues to get away with sneak attacks and pickpocketing. the Assassin wave came and went twice, causing him to make a server Time-Out for a while! xd my brother and his friend Taylor made history on that server. anywho, the highets level in that game is Hell, where you go in and run a huge dungeon run to earn the highest reasures by vanquishing evil demons. it's for the level cap level. but yeah, point is, if you want to play a Righteous and Virtuous charcter in D&D you can, and if you want to encourage Good alignments in your game you can do so. smile the DM has ultimate power in the game, and the rules even encourage you to edit and personalize them as you see fit for your game.
