A short history: After the battle Soi fon and Gin Ichimaru became the liking of each other and eventually had a baby and named him Maito, ten years later Soi Fon gets killed my the Menos while stuck in Las Noches, Gin is outraged and sooner or later forges about it, he runs away with Aizen and Tousen. Maito grew up on his own training and eventually became a young adult and was recruited for the espada.
