yeah im not very good at meditation, i only go really deep into a "trance" if im very, very tired, like past the point where you become not tired anymore, or in a strange mood, like after something big has happened that i just can't grasp yet. music often helps me, too 3nodding

If you can, you might want to try chanting something steady to help you concentrate. I sometimes repeat mind, spirit, body, and soul. It seems to calm my mind and keep it focused, in a away, on meditating.

Both of those sound really good. I'll probably try or of the other tonight. I'm not very creative with chants, I just spell out goddess as my breathing count- in g-o-d switch d out e-s-s, you know?

I only recently realised that i had astro prodjected when i was 7 and fell down the stairs. I accidently astro projected to York station a place i'd been recently at the time. I don't know how i did it but are considering falling down the stairs again. biggrin It might work
