When he started to speak using the computer, the female appeared to become more at ease, now feeling it was a true two-sided conversation.

Nodding, she listened to the computer, also glancing at the pokemon as their names were said. It all made sense, she reasoned, but at the same time the science was way above her head. She passed on the education for a more hands on approach, after all.

"It sounds like you have a pretty good mission. As for your pokemon...I just need to ask...is Gavin a clone pokemon?" She asked with a grin, before quickly adding, "...I mean, the rumors are all around this place about a new process that Team Rocket it going about...but as a Grunt, I never can get a straight answer..."

Ezekiel looked between Gavin and the girl, as he consider very carefully if to tell her the truth or not. After a an awkward silent passed, he started to type once again. "Yes, Gavin is a clone pokemon. However, the process seems to have done very little damage to his system, but I suppose that fall under the fact that he won't cross over the normal stats, at least not to the point that it would really matter."

Nadali let out a cry of success and snapped her fingers, pleased with her detective work and quite excited at the discovery. Moving close to Gavin, she grinned and nodded at the work.

"Honestly...the markings of a clone just make him more handsome than before...!" Smiling, she turned back and looked at Ezekiel again.

"Either way, that's a nice present for you, a clone. I hope that he helps with your studies...they sound like they could really help out Team Rocket...and the world..."

Ezekiel and Gavin looked equally startled at the cry from the girl, truly what lead the man did not believe he wanted to exactly know why she was snapping her fingers.

"I suppose he is." At that, Ezekiel earned a glare from the pidgey clone. "I hardly see him as a gift, not after all the forms requesting for a pokemon that I had to put in and ending up with pidgey clone. I don't call it a gift. Gavin was the first clone to be let out from the sterilize lab room, days before the others were. If anything, he is a warning system for the the scientists in the cloning room..."

She ignored the startled look that they had, and on her Senka seemed to just roll her eyes. It was something she was used to, having been with her trainer for awhile now, and she just wondered how many friends the girl would lose with acting so crazy.

"You have to enter forms? I might try and see if I can get one or two...I'm sure that they are a huge asset to the operation. Do they have any sort of genetic differences compared to regular pokemon?" She asked in a softer voice, her eyes curious and wondering.

"No, there is no forms for clone pokemon. What I mention was a form I enter with my superiors requesting Grass pokemon so I could continue my research. You can imagen my disappointment when I was given a pidgey when I requested chikorita, oddish or bulbasaur. Once I found out he was a clone, Gavin became more of an advantage then a burden."

Ezekiel seemed thoughtful for a moment then smile, and even chuckle, even thought no noise came from his mouth. "I fear what they will throw my way at the request of a psychic pokemon"

She nodded, understanding that it was a blessing no matter what type of pokemon it was, as long as it was unique. He was one of the only, if not the sole, owners of a clone pokemon at the moment, and that was a huge advantage of his research.

Glancing one last time at the pokemon, somewhat with longing, she shook her head to get out the thoughts. She would just have to get pokemon other ways, and hope beyond anything for a blessing like Ezekiel had.

"Psychic pokemon...that wouldn't be a bad thing...a whole other type of research...I hear they are so smart. Who knows, maybe the pokemon would be doing research for you..." Chuckling, she imagined the thought for as second.

"Not all psychics are smart, but a bast majority are. Also, it would be easier to communicate with a psychic then with other type of pokemon." Ezekiel leaned back thoughtfully. "I don't believe a pokemon would do any research of its own unless it was something like an alakazam. Their intelligence is high enough that they would be capable."

Nadali pondered the name of the pokemon, trying to remember what it was. Being on the sea, she did see a lot of pokemon, but there were so many that it was hard to keep track. Shaking her head when nothing came up, she just shrugged and pretended to understand. Beside, all psychic pokemon were the same in her mind anyway.

"It would all be gibberish to me...so if I ever get an Alakazam, I'll pass it your way...It would be easier for both of us!"

Ezekiel let out a soundless laugh and smile before typing out. "Thank you. That's very kind of you. What is your specialty? Electric?"

The man knew he would probably not get back to work this afternoon as he slipped some papers to the other side of his desk into a neat pile while waiting for a response. His shoes shuffling under his desk and moving around the tennis ball that his grass pokemon was desperately trying to get it back.

She smiled in response, nodding softly before listening to the next question. Suddenly, she glanced over to where Senka was perched, trying to answer the question without really upsetting the moody pichu.

"Actually...I always saw myself as a water trainer...mainly because I've lived on the sea for so long...yet...it seems as if I will probably just be a general trainer until I can really catch some pokemon. Senny here will always be on my team...but I'm not sure if thunder is really what I'm shooting for..."

She brushed Senka's head, trying to sooth the pokemon who glared at her in return.

"So...do you have a specialty you hope to work for?"
PostPosted: Thu Oct 22, 2009 8:26 pm

"Psychics and Grass type pokemon are my specialty, but I am not adverse to water pokemon. So long as it helps me with my work, any type can be a good one. Grass pokemon are easier to work with when it comes to see what affects their power and psychics are just a personal favorite." Ezekiel typed in, smiling as he saw the irked pichu.

The man seemed about to ask another question when there was a knock on the door before it was open by what look like a grunt-in-training holding a small metal chest. Chest and letter were handed directly to Ezekiel, who just arched an eyebrow in inquirer. "What is this?" The laptop called out electronically as he typed with one hand and put the chest on his desk with the other.

"the psychic pokemon you asked for.."

The mute got a rare half smile on his face and started to open the chest, but stop when he was the 'delivery boy' was still there. "Are you needed here for anything?"

"Uh, no.."

"Then leave" He smirked as he watched the recruited run off before he went back to opening the box, revealing a black pokebal with a large red R on the top half. He arched an eyebrow, he didn't recall ever seeing a rocket pokeball before. Picking it off, he clicked it open.

The glow came out of the pokeball when it grew, Ezekiel's brow just arched higher, going through a mental list of psychic pokemon that could be that big until the glow faded. The muted man did something that was very rare of him. He flinched.

The pokemon before him was not something he had seen before. Shaking his head, he picked up the letter and ripped the envelop open, starting to read.

The mewtwo stood there, arms crossed and glaring around, tail wagging slowly from side to side. Wondering what was all this about, last thing he had heard, he was being finally let out of the laboratory to be with a trainer, so far, he only saw two grunts.

Nadali nodded, noting the information for later and smiling brightly toward the mute. It was refreshing to bond with one of the others in the building, and she was surprised that it seemed to be going on so much as of late. Each person she met in the beginning seemed to either hate her perky attitude, or simply appear crazier than she. Either way, a friend was something she sorely wished for, and felt as if this man before her was becoming just that. However, she knew she wouldn't push her luck.

Seeing his eyes light up and his hands move back to the keyboard, she suddenly jumped when a knock broke the silence. Senka darted off of her shoulder, on to the ground, and let out what appeared to be a growl as the door opened. Yet, seeing that it was a trainee, Nadali quickly picked up her pokemon and moved back toward the way, settling next to the pidgey-clone. Silently, she watched the interaction before her.

Nadali's eyes lit up when she saw the chest, reminded of her days on sea when she always found treasure of her own. Inside her chest, jealousy welled up before she could push it away, and she scolded her inner rocket to be quiet. It worked well when she realized it was something the man asked for, and she laughed when the trainee appeared to be caught somewhere he was not.

And in turn, she was surprised when Ezekiel did not ask her to leave as well.

Tentatively, she watched as he opened the box, and as the pokemon was released. When Mewtwo appeared in it's full glory, she let out a gasp and quickly fiddled to grab her pokedex, an effort to see the prize that the mute received.

"..." Her breath caught after a long second, and she softly murmured to where Senka sat, "...it's...unknown..."

Slowly, both the pichu's and the rocket's eyes lifted to stare at the glaring pokemon, and for once in her life, Nadali had nothing to say.

Ezekiel looked up from the letter, long enough to acknowledge he had heard what Nadali had murmured to Senka. He let the letter drop onto his desk and looked at the still glaring pokemon.

"Are you two going to just stand there and stare?" The certainly male voice rang clear inside their minds. The purple eyes glared intensively now.

The rocket wasn't sure how to feel about having his mind invaded in such abrupt manner(having the mewtwo at his eye level was also a bit disturbing as well), he shook his head, trying to clear his head before he sat down and turned to his laptop. The mewtwo seemed to read this as he being boldly ignore. "Answer me!"

Ezekiel just raised an eyebrow and erased something before he continue to type up, afterwards, he turned himself to face the large pokemon, who by now looked down right pissed off. He clicked the enter key.

"First of all" The laptop spoke, spooking the mewtwo a bit as the pokemon unfolded his arms in surprise, but quickly recover. "You'll show a little more respect towards your trainer,"At this, mewtwo seemed to anger again. A grunt was his trainer?! " I am not here to degrade you but I will not be daunted by you. Second of all, you shall be named, as I hate to call my pokemons by their speicies, and since you are the second in exhistence, Mewtwo is out of order. You shall be named Roger." The white fur of the pokemon's shoulders and back. What kind of name was that?! A long silent follow as Ezekiel and psychic pokemon stared at each other and then he clicked the enter key again.

"That's a lie, your name from now on is Project Heal." The pokemon glared to the side, angry that this grunt had so easily gotten his goat.

The mute girl almost fell over as a voice invaded her thoughts, and her eyes glazed over slightly in question. The creature, the pokemon, had spoken to her mind, a feat that even most psychic pokemon had trouble completing. This pokemon was something, something powerful, something unbelievable, and something unknown. Nadali suddenly wished she could have read the letter that her fellow grunt had received.

When the Mewtwo seemed to grow angry, Nadali wanted to speak up and explain the situation, to give the seemingly smart, but apparently slow, pokemon a piece of her mind. At her side, Senka suddenly let a spark fly from her fur, the sound crackling in the silence followed by a short call toward the bigger creature.

Though the pokemon couldn't talk to Nadali, at least to her knowledge, the trainer knew that the pichu was irritated by the disrespect the humanoid showed.

At that moment, the computer spoke up, and Nadali kept silent, watching the reactions between the two before catching the name of the pokemon.

"Mewtwo..." She murmured again, keeping the name in the back of her mind for future investigation. Either that, or harassment to the mute for more answers. Yet, she knew now was not the time. When it became silent once more, she took the chance to speak up meekly toward the other grunt.

"Well...I guess you got your Alakazam..." She let out a weak, awkward chuckle, before quickly adding "...though this...Mewtwo...would blow Alakazam out of the water...I'm sure of it..."

The last sentence was a weak attempt to avoid the wrath of the psychic clone.

"Maybe I should be going...I probably overstayed my welcome..." As curious as she was, she wasn't sure if it was even her right to be witnessing this creature in the first place, let alone conversing with it.
