Dude, I can tell you spent a lot of time putting these together... But now their older and you have to update their attributes abilities and powers. xd
For instance, Sakura, under the tuteliage(sp?) of Tsunade seems to have gained formidable strength.

If he means from manga to anime conversion, Naruto does it the best out of the ones I've seen so far. (possible exception of getbackers)

In the way that Gaara is one seriously messed up kid, Rock Lee was horribly mutilated, Neji is a complete and utter a*****e, and Hinata was nearly killed. In that way.

Heh, I guess that would make sense (hence the reason I didn't think of it). At least Neji and Gaara have changed their ways now. Especially Gaara, as the latest chapter shows.
