The man kept the tranq gun level. "We're here for your son." He said simply.

The speeder grabbed a hocky stick from Samuel's closet bringing it down at high speed towards Sam's head. "This may take backup," he said to the man holding the cloth.

The man glanced at Sam's mother and slowly began to lower the gun to the floor. "You have no idea what manner of mistake you are making." He said, lifting his hands into the air. "You kill me, more will come, and they'll wipe the whole family."

The speeder abandoned Sam, and in quick movement was next to Janice grabbing the gun. "You talk to much, Mick." He yelled at his partner.

The man with the cloth stood his ground as Sam moved into the corner, "Your folks are gonna get in a spot of trouble, kid. You should've come easy."

Mick went down with a grunt, the air pushed out of him. Though he went reaching for the tranq gun he'd set on the floor.

The speeder slid his head beneath it at easy speed, before bringing up the gun and planting the barrel on Janice's forehead, a smile setting across his face. "Too slow."

"Kelly! No!" Mick yelled at the speeder, his goal for the tranq gun abandoned.

In the other room, the other man simply smiled, "Good."...but that smile disappeared at the sound of a few cop cars coming down the street.

"Not good news for you either, kid. Come on, and we'll leave your parents alive." He grabbed the back of Sam's shirt collar and pulled him towards the door.

Kelly let out a dramatic sigh, and hit Janice with the butt of the gun. "Try and follow us, and I'll put a bullet in the boy. Get up, Mick, you're the one's going to have to worry about the cop guns."

Kelly headed for the front door and kicked it open, shooting a few bullets at the cops with a whooping sound. Mick, and the third followed behind, assumedly taking Sam with them.

(Figured he might not. *sigh*)

The rubber man bounced and rolled as he hit, the ground outside, the glass shards falling off him for the most part.

Mick kept running, he wasn't intersted in staying around with pissed off cops, and he more or less disappeared into some greenery, which seemed to grow thicker and more thorny by the minute.

Kelly started to swear. They'd blown it, big time, which meant trouble from the council. He kept up an odd avoidance to the cop's returned fire, using a more subtle use of his speed, but in anger used up the last of the bullets firing at Sam's house, then dropped the empty gun and took off.

Two of the three men who attacked them disappeared but the last, who had been thrown out the window, was taken into custody. Two of the officers remained with Sam's family to ask questions and investigate the area further.

As the captured man was driven towards the police station, the car made an odd movement and then went out of the driver's control. The cop, the car, and the prisoner were all plunged into sea water as the car drove off the side of the road and down a set of rocky cliffs lining the St.Eva coast.
