Even in the line of fire, Sailor Iris couldn't help but crack a smirk. "Yeah, I gathered that much about the cat..." The second rule didn't really seem much like a rule, but rather obediently, Iris did as told. If she knew anything about how things worked in the cartoon world, if she repeated the word and didn't do as told, she probably would have been hit by the attack.
And the last thing she needed was to be covered head to toe with oil slime. Maybe up to her shins wouldn't be so bad, but the whole body was another thing.
Initially, Sailor Iris dipped down to duck, but it seemed that maybe it would be better to dodge out of the way. Not giving it much thought, she jumped out of the way, but unfortunately those stupid shoes were giving her trouble. Instead of a graceful or purposeful dodge, she ended up tripping over her own feet thanks to those stupid heels. All she managed to get out was a simple "Oh crap!"

Muttering under her breath, Sidra ducked another blow, grabbed Ellie's arm, and half dragged her out of the way of yet another oily mess. If anything, the smell seemed to be getting stronger.
"Goddddd.... whoever made that Youma must have used some sort of Hybrid car or something. Methane gas, yeuchhh."
The Youma was like a whirligig of pain and suffering, spinning around and just spewing grim muck at the two senshi. Sailor Nova was plum fed up with it all.
"Sailor Iris! (i think that's your name, Nova muttered to herself) GET A CLUE. The stupid Youma needs us both to attack at once- and I don't think I can rely on you to do whatever your attack is, twice. If I count to ten, do you think you can muster up enough... whatever it is you need to do something?"
Sailor Nova's patience was wearing thin.

She felt rather pathetic at the moment. SHOES were the only thing preventing her from kicking some monster *ss. What would her friends think of her now, utterly defenseless in the face of danger? They'd probably start trying to protect her. No boy was going to protect Ellie Spectre!
Her expression grew rather serious as she actually thought the whole situation over. In as lady-like a fashion as possible, Sailor Iris spat out a loogie from the side of her mouth onto the floor. "Yeah, I'll come up with somethin'..."
Once again, her right hand tightened up into a fist and began to glow. The hand glowing went unnoticed, until all of a sudden something seemed to flutter out from between her fingers delicately. The soft colors compared to the grey concrete was enough to catch Sailor Iris' attention.
First reaction: "You have got to be sh*tting me!"
Well, at least she now had something to fight with, even if it was the gayest little rainbow-looking ribbon in the world.
(End Summary: Iris + Nova use their attacks at the same time to defeat the Youma. Each go their separate ways, and Iris is left with many things to reflect on.)
