A tootsie pop is a lollipop (kinda regular sized) whose center is made of a piece of a tootsie roll. It (the tootsie roll) is chocolate and really chewy. They're very yummy. mrgreen

This reminds me of something I once saw on youtube but can't post a link to because its the over 18 content stuff. Just punch in licks center and of and it'll come up I think though.

I have a whole bucket of tootsie pops next to me here but I don't have time to test it out. Too much writing to do and blankets to crochet today.

Yeah, I think it depends on whether the person eating the lollipop is either licking or sucking on it. Whenever I eat lollipops, they always end up lopsided because I guess I eat one side at a time or something...
