Oh, I'm not bothered at all...don't worry about it~
In your 12.3 folder, open configex123 in notepad. Near the top you should see...
[th105path]
path=(Insert SWR path here)
Edit that path to be wherever your SWR game is located, and you should be good to go with the SWR characters.

we downloaded the patch, but we have to put it into the folder, a particular file?

If you're talking about the 1.03 patch, I'd put it in your 12.3 folder and run it to be sure (Since I occasionally seem to have issues otherwise).
If you're talking about the SWR characters thing, you have to manually edit it in notepad to lead to wherever your SWR is installed.
