I usually wonder the same thing myself with people other than game developer's.
Like, "what do the band members of my favorite bands do in their spare time when they aren't on tour?"
Hmmmm....
Probably just walking around being reguluar human beings.

A list of things Nintendo developers do in their spare time:
Eat shrooms
Bash their heads on bricks
Blow s**t up
Eat anything they see
Put animals in tiny balls
Make animals fight
Throw flowers at each other

Itoi has two webcams..... FOR HIS PUFFERFISH.
Half the shots look like giant fish are attacking Tokyo because one cam faces out the window.
