It was strange to be so close to another feline let alone a male. Ziva was glad that they were soon upon their destination. Silence stretched between the two, it felt awkward listening to the echo of their own steps. She didn't feel the need for chit chat and led Omega forward past the marking stone, a stone with a strange green smudge whether it was done on purpose was a mystery. The smell of water hung in the air like a thick rain cloud. The air felt damp to her own fur as they crawled under the brush that covered the watering hole. It was small and unimpressive but it was secluded. Most predators and the larger prey traversed to the much larger watering hole, or sometimes the river, on the opposite side of the jungle. Ziva took a quick look around the small shore before quickly bending down for a small drink. Another benefit to her secret supply, it was cleaner than most. A thick trove of trees sheltered the spot, making most visitors easily well known. She turned to face her companion, sitting a bit off to the side so he could take his own drink, "Well here it is. My humble watering hole."

My pupils slitted against the contrast of lighting, then fixated once more upon what lay in front of me. It's small, hidden and quaint. It works for her I guess. My ears darted forward then backwards once more, Nothing. I just sense the end of what could happen. I brushed up against her, just to see if I hadnt passed through time again, which is a weird thing. You should never go through that process, ever.
I shiver and quickly take the drink I had been offered. It was crisp and cool sliding down the back of my throat. I finished and looked up at her from my crouched posistion.
Its nice, I like it.
Im not much of a talker- but I try.

{Momentary lapse of muse...sowwy... XD;}
An awkward silence followed after Omega had taken his drink. Ziva was not the hostess type nor did she know what else to talk about. For a second she wondered if she should ask more about Omega's theory of his self but decided against it. She didn't want to aggravate the one companion she had. So the female sighed heavily and laid down on the dirt floor, her paws crossed before her.
"So now what?" She hadn't a clue what else to do but she hoped the larger b'alam would.

(hmmmmm me too.... if you wanna end this- just do so.)
I looked up at the pretty that I accompanied to this tiny little place. It was awkward, yes, I didn't like to use my tongue much to make conversation. This was my downfall. My tail flicked gently against the earth as I regained my posture and tilted my head to the side. My wings gently folded against my sides.
Well I do not know Ziva. We could always try to get to know each other more. I do enjoy your presence.
It was true. I hated being alone.

{*whaps muse* X3}
His words reminded her of her earlier wonderment. It was interesting that he enjoyed her presence because in fact so did she, but Ziva felt quite different around this b'alam. Realizing her almost love-drunk behavior she mentally scolded herself. "You're right, we should get to know each other more," she paused watching Omega as she spoke. "Where did you come from? What's your purpose?"

I stood still, my breathing slowed. Purple hues stared at the water into what little reflection I had. This looming presence started to encase me in my own thoughts. I felt as if I had started to sink, But no. Really now, who am I? Why do I do the things I do. Is it all in my head? Yes. I believe so.
" I am the end of everything, so my father had claimed. "
My skull shifted to look up at her.
" I dont know much else other than that."
