Kaliska managed to quiet her excitement enough to hear what the mare was saying about a bunch of apples to the right. She craned her neck over and did see it, and the best part! They seemed to be on LOW branches so it was completely plausible that she could reach the tasty fruits! "Sure i think I can reach that!" She said excitedly. She jumped back up onto the rock and once again tried to dig her heels into th bark of the tree as far in as they would go. Since she used the same holes as last time she was able to bore into the bark a little more and had a more secure hold this time. This was exciting and she was so happy that she might actually succed in this trick already. She braced herself and then using the tree leapt for the apples.
She managed to grab the bottom half of the very lowest apple and bring it down with her. She was so excited to land back on the rock with an apple in her mouth that she began to kick and dance again like they had done before "mfgg phudgrumph" She was so excited that she forgot to take the apple out of her mouth before celebrating. But she eventually realised this and munched on the apple happily, once it was gone she licked her lips happily. "I got the apple! i actually GOT AN APPLE!!! DID YOU SEE!!!" kaliska shouted happily as she continued to kick and be happy.

"I DID!!!I DID!!!!YOU DID IT!"Champe started jumping and dancing around,fooling around."Come on,race you to the stream!"and took of like the wind toward the creek,although careful not to go so fast that the foal had no chance of winning.

Kaliska stopped in mid dance when she heard the word race and saw the mare dart off. kaliska really had no idea where anything was so she sprinted after her new friend doing her best to keep up. She was so happy and full of energy that she swore she was running like the wind, she was even catching up to Champe!! She darted around trees and jumped over bushes (only grazing her hooves twice) and managed to get to the stream only a second after the Mare. She reached it and pranced and jumped around still hyper from her fruit success.
"I was so close, I almost beat you, did you see, I'm gonna beat you next time!" She laughed as she spoke and eventually calmed down enough to go towards the water and take a sip. The cold water did much to calm her down and revitalize her, she hadnt yet realised how tired she was. She stopped drinking and once again looked at the mare, her small stubby tail swishing in excitement. "So whatta we gonna do now?" she asked.

Champe also drank her fill."You did almost catch up to me.And now we go back to the tree,get bloated,and sleep under it!"she starts walking back to the tree."Come on!I don't want to leave you behind!"

Kaliska liked the sound of that. Eat till your bloated then sleep, how could you go wrong?! "Sure lets go" kaliska nodded happily and pranced after the mare who was now walking back. Kaliska was still happy and hyper and so she tended to run in circles around the Mare the whole way there, her childish innocence keeping her active. She couldnt wait to eat her fill and finally sleep some more. Sleep was always fun because it lead to dreams and dreams were AMAZING too. She pranced along wondering if fruit would give her different kind of dreams and trying to figure out how she could test food induced dreams in the future.
