I think 99% of the arguments, if not 100%, gives me a headache... So illogical X_x I think the worst one I have ever heard was "Nothing can't make something so God must exist!" I don't like that one because it's so overused.

D i v i n i t y I think 99% of the arguments, if not 100%, gives me a headache... So illogical X_x I think the worst one I have ever heard was "Nothing can't make something so God must exist!" I don't like that one because it's so overused. My counter-argument for that is simply, "Then where did God come from?" That uses their own argument against them The dumbest argument I ever heard went like this: Me- How do you know if God exists? Christian- Because The Bible said so. Me- Well how do you know The Bible's true? who wrote it? Christian- The prophets. Me- How did they know God existed? Christian- They saw him with their own eyes. Me- How do you know they weren't making it up? Christian- Because The Bible says so. We went on like that for a while until we got bored and gave up.

God I never get tired of hearing the anti-evolution arguments. My favorite is "My grandpa was not King Kong!" LOLOL
Also, when they say things like "Airplanes are bad. If God meant for us to fly, he would have given us wings." There's a thread about these, even. :]

For me it would have to be when some kid told me that "Charles dawkings" (Srs that how he spelled it) was a old "Crostocean" who went onto land and raped a monkey making "Humeans" which....in some way proved him wrong...

The most dumbest act to try and convert Atheists is the thread stated below. http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/chatterbox/for-all-you-atheist-proof-there-is-a-god/t.46188005/ First time I read that, I loled so much sauce that it wasn't even funny.

My dumbest one was. "We're better because we have God." The christian. "Okay then. The Bible says "Judge not yest ye be judged." Are you judgeing me for what I believe." Me "Yes, because I dont want you to go to hell." Christian. "Have fun in Hell, you where just judged, and didnt follow Gods rule." Me I then left, leaving them shocked. *Shacks head.* They really cant get a new argument can they?

I hate religious people that try to fight me.. All of their arguements are ridiculous! The bible was created by some guys that were proly just bored or something.. Theres no proof that he/she/it exists!! Which must mean that if there is 0% proof that says that he exists then theres is 100% proof/reason to believe that there is no god..
Hey im sorry if im wrong. Please correct me. My english isnt that good since it isnt my main language sorry.. And im sorry if i sounded stupid or something just tell me..

MiniSiets "You believe in God, but you just don't want to admit it." WTF? You know I have heard that. I think I was tuneing them out mostly. No I heard that from my town priest while dressed as a vampire/witch for holloween... then the next week when I was forced to go to church, but went dressed somewhat like a whore. lol... why was he looking anyway?

" Everything must have a cause, so God must exist. " This is flawed in so many ways for the fact that: A. Shows that you don't need intelligence to make up s**t that seems smart to you. B. If this is true, then the everything wouldn't need a creator. Or atleast, that is what you are implying. C. Just like Pascal's Wager, it is flawed because it only states ONE god. D. It implies the Christian idea that all Christians believe that Atheist believe that nothing created everything which is NOT anything CLOSE to the idea. E. D proves that most religious people who tend to try to fight Atheists fail for the fact that they only study their beliefs and not science itself. F. God nor the universe could exist in an infinity space. It MIGHT be possible but from mathematical terms, the chance of anything existing in an infinite timeline is either impossible or so slim that it can't match data.
and finally....
G. This proves that anyone who has a super-natural belief in a higher power that can create life and/or matter does NOT need science to make a statement or law in their own mind. However, 99.99% of the time the idea is wrong for the fact that variables in a super-natural order are being used.
That would be like me saying fish people lived in the 70% of ocean we have not traveled in yet. You see? I made that claim with not only no intellect, but I also used some idealistic terms that could make it seem probable when it really isn't.
In other words, welcome to religion.

Recently, I found out what this argument is called and a video discussing it. It is called the Cosmological Argument. If you want to see some funny fat-a** talk about it in an intelligent manner, go here: TheAmazingAtheist - Arguments For God
Here, I found a small form of this argument labeled below:
1. Every finite and contingent being has a cause. 2. Nothing finite and contingent can cause itself. 3. A causal chain cannot be of infinite length. 4. Therefore, a First Cause (or something that is not an effect) must exist.
Read over the video and that bit I gave and you could form a list on how wrong this is.
