Heres my issue. I am having a hard time with the God and Goddess aspect. Sorta? Uh ok let me explain what the issue is. I am OCD and know that in my heart, seven gods make up my Pantheon, Cernunnos, the Triple Goddess, I just call her Goddess, and one for each element.
You don't have your own pantheon. Pantheons are families, tribes or groups of gods related to and/or worshipped by a specific culture. Cernunnos already has a pantheon. He's a god of Gaul. You can't take him from his pantheon and shove him into another; doing so is taking from him the relationships he has and forcing him into new ones.
Worship whom you please if you will, but it's not really appropriate to mix pantheons within one ritual.

You will get some sort of response or call from these gods. It is often a pull.

That depends very much on the deity and your tradition. There may be Gaulish (Gallic?) rites that involve particular invocations.

Analyse what you want here. Are you an animist? How did you come up with these deities related to elements? Do they already exist in that they are worshipped by others, or are you "creating" them?
If they exist already, study their cultures and their myths. Make appropriate offerings (what is appropriate depends on culture), declare your intent, and wait for a response.
