Question... how is enh in raids? In BGs they're great, but I never hear much about them in raids.. details?

If you like doing 7.5k+ dps in raids, than enh is the way to go. And to iStrangulate, there are some NASTY mail shoulders, from the Heroic ToC. The 5 man one, it's so easy. Anyways, enh is good in raids, because of the ability to do incredible amounts of damage, and buff others in the raid at the same time. Bloodlust is also a highly sought after aspect of raids.

Should I get the Champion Seal one handed mace on the Horde side for my main weapon, since I only have an offhand fist weapon?

I would say go for it. Not much else to waste those lame marks on, but aim to do some Naxx runs, maybe get the fist off of KT, norm or heroic.

Oh trust me, I'd be all over Naxx if I could.
I haven't had much luck with raid times and whatnot...and my DPS/healing is not the greatest.
I've only done Spider quater, 1/2 of Construct, 1/3 Plague, and I've done all of military-no Saph, no KT :C

the reason your ele dps is/can be pathetic is for two reasons:
1 you dont have lava burst
2 you arne't hit capped
your enhance dps will be just as pathetic until you get hit/exp capped. switching specs isn't going to make a difference either way. ele while levelling is just as fast as enhance.
besides that, i've seen ele pump out more dps than enhance with less gear simply because lava burst is ******** ridiculous. unless you have a good set of enhance gear (and i'm talking very good), ele will be more dps and less work to play. however, it's pretty boring.
ele glyph lava, flametongue weapon, flame shock
priority list: flame shock if it's not on the target > lava burst > lightning bolt
enhance glyph stormstrike, flametongue weapon, lava lash
priority list: start fight with flame shock -> lava burst to proc elemental devastation straight off and get clearcasting asap. after that your rotation is 5xmaelstrom lightning bolt > stormstrike > earth shock > lava lash.

He has Lava Burst
I'm pretty sure I'm hit capped

i didn't really read the thread, just glanced over. wasn't really pointing at anyone in particular, i'm just saying that my shaman in naxx-25 resto gear with no hit rating on any of my gear pulls 2.4k dps in ele. the spec isn't bad.

Well, for me.. I'm not decided on what spec I'll keep. I'm sure I'll like all three equally well. I'm not very picky as long as it's pretty fun. I've seen 70-80 shamans of all three trees that had amazing numbers in BGs and raids. Agreed though, a lot does depend on gear among other things. Eh, I'll figure it out eventually.

You sir, are an idiot. I will say that. You're incredibly wrong. Enhance dps can break 7k. The best ele shammy on my server, doesn't break 6k. Elemental IS NOT as fast leveling as enhance. Because, enhance hits harder than ele spells, up until about level 60 or so. And you don't have to drink after every fight. Think about the stv quests. 15 tigers, raptors, and panthers. Thats 45 guys. 45 x 20 = 900. Thats 15 minutes, on drinking alone. Not to mention dying, and you kill slower, because spells do less damage than attacks. I have seen lava burst, hit for about 9k, at max. I have seen windfury crits, do like 6k, and that's with one weapon. Your logic is so flawed, I can't even begin to explain your wrongness.

I haven't been Enhance since level 45, missing Ghost wolf and whatnot D:
I miss it, and WILL go back to Enhancement. I'd rather be doing 7.5k DPS then 3k+DPS...
Plus PvP is ten times better, and Windfury is ''WTFGGQQ''

Good plan. Though, ele is better for pvp I think. I don't play my shammy, I only use my friends, and enh is hard in pvp. Because generally, when you have to get in close, you get hit in the face with a 16k oblit crit. Whereas sitting on top of a totem pole and shooting people is more fun.

Now that I think a bout it...it is fun pewpewing someone in the face with a 11k Lava Burst crit....
God I can't wait to come back home xD
One questions, what stats should I be focusing on when Enhancement?

Agi/str/int. They have a talent that converts into to AP. And you want hit and expertise.
