Background Info: Mercedes really just wants to be left alone (or maybe he just forgets that he does like being around other Nova...). He prefers to live by himself in a den in the Northern Mountains since not many others chose to make their nests there.
He's relatively well known among Nova, but only for being a mysterious loner. Some of the older Nova remember that he always used to be seen with another young Nova but she has long since disappeared. No one knows what has happened to her except for Mercedes, and no one is brave enough to ask. He's not very approachable anymore after all.
Back when his mate was still around he was often visited by Nova curious about their futures. Mercedes was a frighteningly accurate fortune teller back in the day, and even less Nova remember that then they do of his long lost mate.
He could still probably do predictions if anyone dared to ask him...
