1) It's perfectly normal for a number of reasons. One, as was mentioned, is the "security" that they are already in a committed relationship and, thus, not a threat to you. Another possible reason is that pregnant women are often seen as being more "special" than other people. In a god-like way, they are creating a new life. In many cultures, pregnant women are seen as being intensely spiritual and sensitive to the metaphysical for just this reason. It's possible that you have converted this awe into something sexual. There are plenty of other possibilities.

2) What should you do? Well, in my experience, emotions you try to suppress merely fester. Then they often grow to become something unhealthy. For example, you could start having the urge to rape pregnant women, or have a billion babies so that your girlfriend/wife is pregnant as often as possible. When an emotion festers, it becomes irrational and can sometimes cause you to want to do things that go against your better judgement.

You should be honest about your fetish, at least to yourself. When you enter a committed relationship, I would advise talking to your partner about it. If nothing else, she will at least be aware of your desires. If she's a real catch, she may even accomodate them by "role playing" (wearing a "pregnancy suit" during intercourse, for example). Basically, the idea is that the two of you can find a healthy outlet that doesn't involve running around raping pregnant women. wink

Sounds perfectly normal to me. Pregnant women usually have a sort of glow to them... like they're a walking miracle. And in a way they are, I guess.

Just wanted to comment... it's almost always safe to have sex up until the point your water breaks or you're in labor.
The only times it's usually called off is just because A. it gets complicated! or B. you have cervical issues and are already at risk for preterm labor, and they're playing it safe, as semen is known to soften the cervix.
So when you're pregnant, unless your doctor specifically says "No sex!" keep going!

Yes and yes. Thats what I see and what draws me to them. Also they usually are and that bights and it is better for them to have that too.

it's very mature for you to like pregnant woman. bu only if it's your woman. and your baby than it's a wonderful thing and there should be nothing to be ashamed of. you should think that she should be attractive, she'd be so emotional and self concious and needing you on her every discomfort that she'll appriciate it.

but yeah if it's just generally speaking pregnant woman... that's alittle wierd.

I think your fetish, if you think that's what it is, is very normal and healthy. I like to study why people have fetishes and why they like the things they like (as far as human sexuality goes) and I have a little bit of a theory about why you feel this way.

Several others have mentioned that a pregnant woman seems like a walking miracle, and that maybe you're fascinated by them because they have the ability to create life, and it's clearly evident in a pregnant woman. You may have turned your fascination into something sexual, but again there is nothing wrong with finding a pregnant woman to be very attractive. I myself find pregnant women very beautiful, and it reminds me of the depictions of Mother Gaia. It could also be you find them beautiful because the curves of their body are much more pronounced during pregnancy.

As long as you don't take your attraction/fetish too far, I see absolutely nothing wrong with it.
