Blinking and stretching her arms over her head, Raine looked at the circle of little ninja men. They never ceased to amuse her. Shunpoeing into the middle of the circle next to Mikhail, she smiled at the girl. "What he means to say is, even if you are a lieutenant, it's still dangerous around here. Someone could come up and eat ya." she said and made claws with her hands. Bumping the much taller man in the shoulder, she smiled wider. "I'll give ya the vodka just because I'm that nice. But next time we go out, you're gonna buy me food and drinks." she said in a sweet voice, although there was a hint of steel underneath it.

Kukiko gave a nod. "Yes, I understand," I had told a few squad members to join me, but it seems as if," she paused, her eyes were wide with shock. "Oh no, I need to get back to my squad! If something should happen, I should be there." She bowed and left quickly, grabbing her sister before she had even reached the others.

Shrugging, Raine waved at Kukiko's back and folding her arms behind her back, and walking like a soldier. She went back to the wall, grabbing her captain's cloak before walking and sitting down, close to the gate. She still had things to negotiate with Mikhail over this damn gate, so she might as well get comfortable since their spar had been interrupted.

Mizuki flash-stepped onto a rooftop near where the two-captains had been fighting. He was not happy about the current state of affairs, and it showed on his face.
"Oh my my my my" He whispered, his voice echoing slightly on the wind. "What do we have here eh? Two captains fighting over.. a bottle of vodka, how charming."
He glared slightly at Raine, then turned a black eye to Mikhail for a moment, sizing him up. He had never been entirely comfortable around the large Russian, and was not overly fond of the way he did things.
"Why might you two be squabbling over such trivial matters when there are more pressing matters at hand?"

Feeling the new spiritual pressure, Raine looked up to find a rather short man talking about them fighting over vodka. "I'll have you know its a perfectly aged bottle of the best vodka." she said and jumped up, looking the man up and down slowly. He didnt look threatening in the least, other than his solid black eyes. They were a bit unnerving to the woman. Stretching out and cracking her back, Raine smiled wide. She wondered how far she had to push him to get a fight into her day.

Mizuki smiled lightly and withdrew small, white bottle from with the folds of his haori.
"I will stick to saki if you don't mind." He sneered slightly towards the vodka, obvious disdain on his face. "I never was fond of the stuff."
Mizuki replaced the small bottle and rested a hand on Tsukiyo, prepared to draw if there was a sign of trouble. He turned his eyes to Raine.
"And even if it is a bottle of the best vodka, it still presses the question. Why? Do you enjoy battle so that you would risk bodily harm over a bottle of drink?"

Shunpoeing in front of Mizuki, Raine glared down at him. "Look short guy, I dont go around criticizing your habits and likings do I?" she questioned and put her hand on her legging clad hips. "If I were you, I wouldnt mess with me." her tone was warm and sweet as a brownie, but underneath there was a razor sharp edge, ready to cut anyone who opposed her down.

Mizuki laughed and closed his eyes for a moment, placing his hand on his forehead.
"Short guy?" The mirth disappeared instantly. "Watch your words girl. A fight between us would not be advised." He slid his hand around the hilt of his zanpakutou, checking to make sure it was loose in the saya. "And I am neither forgiving nor kind when it comes to a battle of captains."
He spat the last word, as if directing an insult at Raine.

Grabbing the hilt of her zanpakutou, Raine smiled challengingly at Mizuki. "Alright Short Guy, lets see all that power you're hiding in that little tiny body." she said tauntingly and pulled her blade out of its sheath in a quick motion and rested it on her shoulder lightly. Other than being a heavy drinker, Raine was also a heavy fighter. "Loser has to buy drinks for the winner." she said in a cheery tone and stayed in Mizuki's personal space, daring him to say otherwise. Whether he liked it or not, by being a stick in the mud, he had signed himself up for a fight. While not being the captain of squad 11, Raine could easily pass as that. She was stronger than most other captains, minus Mikhail, who had her beat for the most part. At least at hand to hand combat.

Mizuki glared deeply at Raine, then drew his zanpakutou slowly, the back of his hand facing downwards and the kisaki of Tsukiyo pointing at the ground.
"You will regret this girl." He whispered with a slight smile. "I will not even allow you to touch me."
He turned his left palm forward, the index and middle fingers pointing at the sky while the remaining digits faced downwards.
"Begin."

"Dont talk down to me little kid. As if you couldnt tell, I'm a bit taller than ya." Raine replied and began charging energy into her blade, causing it to glow. Lifting it off her right shoulder, Raine swung down, not bothering to do anything fancy. First she wanted to see if he was going to block her blade, or just dodge it. She didnt want to run into a fight head on and actually get hurt. That would probably end bad. Smiling down at Mizuki, Raine began an assault of randomly directed charged up downward slashes. She was sure that if any of them touched skin or clothes, they would be damages severely.

With a smirk, Mizuki flash-stepped directly behind Raine, pointing the tip of his zanpakutou at her head.
"You really shouldn't run around like that child. You might hurt yourself." He said with a slight laugh. "Besides, you are barely an inch taller, if that. and I am most likely many years your elder."
He lowered his zanpakutou a little, and cocked his head to the right.
"You didn't really expect an attack like that to actually hit me, did you?"

Laughing, Raine flash stepped a few feet forward and turned, smiling at Mizuki. "Fine then. You've now officially been promoted to Old Man. Happy now?" she asked politely and looked at the man. From that one attack, she had figured out many things about him. Still smiling, Raine beckoned him forward with her left hand. "C'mon Old Man show me some of the power you're hiding. Teach this youngster a lesson." as she spoke the last part, she imitated an old man's voice, trying to contain her laughter.

Mizuki glared at the impudent captain, a spark of anger igniting in his eyes.
"Do not mock me girl. Your brash behavior can only result in humiliation."
He pointed his zanpakutou at the ground. beckoning with his left hand to Raine.
"If you are so confident, why do you not attack me like a captain, and less like a fresh-out-of-the-academy weakling who has had more practice preening themselves in front of a mirror than using kendo?"
As much as he did not like this captain, he had to admit that he was rather curious as to what she was capable of.

Standing up straight, Raine laughed harder than she had before. "You're such a p***k ya know that?" she said and ran a hand over her bangs. "Preening? Good god man who the hell says that anymore?" as she spoke, she began moving closer towards Mizuki, smiling the whole way. "Kendo? I dont really care for it. Too stiff."
Flash stepping behind the man and whispering in his ear, Raine held back her giggles. "You dont want to see what I can really do Mr. Big Britches." she purred and pulled back a little, holding her zanpakutou behind her in her right hand.
