Kiara shrugged. "You can sleep there, if you want." she said, grasping his hand and leading him outside, gracefully sidestepping anything that had been in her way.

Trace glared, quickly shoving his hands in his pockets. "I don't make much. I go for houses, Nikki's the one that works the crowds. And I can't get a house every day, there aren't many good ones worth it and I'd just go through them all way to fast if I hit one up every night." he said. It wasn't a complete lie. He didn't rob a house every day or night for that reason, but he also made more pickpocketing than he'd admit, as he spent it at night when he wasn't burglaring someone.

Nikki nodded. "I can get back anything they take. And if I get a lot off them you can have it for making my life easier." she said with a smile, following her to the corner. She waited for a couple minutes, leaning against the wall and watching Trisha play. She then moved into the crowd and got to work, pocketing wallets and using a tiny knife to slit the bottom of purses and get money from there. She made sure to only get the ones who were leaving, particularly the ones who didn't offer anything up to Trisha.

Tia nodded. "I was wondering how you'd be this morning. But at least it was fun last night." she glanced to Revy wtih a faint smirkish smile, not needing to say what she was thinking. The night had been very productive and entertaining, and lots of fun for them both and the others who were luck enough to have been invited back.

Nathan wagged his finger at that, getting tugged along again whilst blinking from the surprise of the tug. His movements were almost as graceful as hers, not seeming bothered by much, though he did have to stifle a yawn. He wasn't kidding about the keeping an eye on her either, he knew how pretty his sister was and he didn't trust a crowd enough not to want to do something.

Mina didn't seem bothered by the glare, just sort of nodding, deciding not to press any further. She ended up getting distracted when she felt someone gripping her butt, the sheer amount of people disguising what was happening. She immediately looked down, a blush forming on her cheeks as she tried to scooch away from the man behind her, but she felt his hand grip tighter to the point it sorta hurt, wincing. She started to reach into her bag for a scalpal, but she felt something press against her back, not really wanting to risk it being a knife or gun so she stopped herself and endured, her eyes remaining firmly on the ground. The pervert was starting to reach other places and her blush grew worse, hating it when these things happened.

Trisha finished her song, always happy to hear some people clap, bowing to them with a faint smirk before her expression became neutral again. She was ignoring Nikki's actions, strumming a purely instrumental song so she could rest her voice. Though, once she had sung enough and her voice got hoarse then she could sing heavier songs, not that she would. Her eyes were closed, letting the music flow through her, zoning out to be sure.

Revy smirked, "Oh definitely. Though mine was a bit of a p***y it turns out." She muttered, sighing lightly as she wanted another beer, or some pizza. Food in general sounded good at this point.

Trace was surprised when she didn't respond, but then he saw how she was staring at the ground and the blush. "Damn pervs." he muttered, grasping Mina's hand and pulling her away, slipping his arm around her shoulders and holding her close to him. He shot the man a glare that promised a horrible, painful death before looking back to Mina, tilting his head down so he could speak directly into her ear. "Just go along with it. I won't do anything, and it'll keep him off you." he murmured, dark eyes unreadable as he looked at her, making sure she understood. Like he said, he never let his hand move from where it rested on her arm, and he made sure he wasn't hurting her by how he held her. But it would be obvious to anyone watching that she was his only, or at least that's what he wanted them to see.

It didn't take long for Kiara to reach the corner where she worked. "Can you help me with the table?" she asked, going into the alley and opening the fence door of the shop beside her. It was a small wooden table, but it worked well enough for what she wanted. A small stool was beside it. The owners let her keep the table and stool in their yard, so long as she never did anything. And they doubted she ever would.

Nikki once again was surprised by Trisha's skill. She never had wanted to learn the guitar, especially when she heard others play. She'd much rather listen than learn it herself.

"I'm sorry. So, shall we go get food and bring some back for our dears?" Tia asked, tilting her head. It scared people how often they thought alike, or seemed to be telepathic where the other was concerned.

Mina was a little surprised when he pulled her close to him, glad that she felt the man let go, immediately pulling her skirt down more. Her head came to rest against his shoulder, nodding a bit. "Thank you Trace." She said softly, obviously still a bit shaken, sliding an arm around his waist to make it more convincing. Soon her stop came up and she slipped back, giving him a smile as she slipped away a bit, maneuvering her way out easily, knowing he could keep up if he wanted to. She was mindful of her skirt when heading upstairs t the surface, wondering if he'd follow her or not. Normally he didn't come with her this far so it was hard to guess what he would do.

Nathan nodded while humming a little ditty, picking up the table before placing it down after unfolding it for her. He let her get the stool, glancing around to get a better feel for where she worked since it had been a while since he had been there.

Trisha let her fingers roll along the strings before allowing the song to finish. Turning her eyes to Nikki, she gave the girl a small smirk, picking up what she had made thus far and counting it out again before putting some of it in the pouch she had. "Did you want anything inside? I was going to grab a coffee and a coissant." She asked, packing up her guitar and shouldering it, knowing she probably didn't have to, but she did anyways. Her guitars were her treasures from home.

Revy nodded, "Definitely. I could eat a horse." She replied with a chuckle and a smirk, heading out into the alley, her guns getting hidden by a hoodie since she always had them on her. One never knew when s**t might happen.

Tia grinned, following Revy. "Where to? Pizza, maybe? I have Mal's money, we can use that to pay for their food." she asked.

"Trisha, you've seen me on caffeine and sugar before. I'm so jittery I almost get caught every time." Nikki commented, grinning. She slipped a couple bills from her pocket, giving it to the other girl. "They stayed the whole time and didn't fork over anything. And they deserved it, considering how interested they were in how your skirt blew in the wind and how your shirt sat." she said with an innocent smile and shrug. She'd given Trisha at least one twenty, she wasn't sure right off hand what the others had been. But the girl did deserve it, and it was her way of thanking Trisha for letting her work the crowd the music drew. "But a coissant does sound good." she added.

Kiara followed him back out, shutting the door behind her. "You won't still play, will you?" she asked, refering to an instrument of some sort. It wasn't a coincidence that she had set up across the street from a music store, and she'd borrowed instruments, and their owners, before to dance to. And it would draw attention and let her have fun, and get more noticed and possibly be able to give more readings.

Trace did follow her out, seeing no point in remaining on the subway. "Do they do that every day?" he asked quietly, still unreadable. But, that wasn't unusual. He rarely opened up to anyone.

Revy nodded, "Pizza for sure." She answered, jamming her hands in her pockets as she started for her favored pizza place that was close by, her bangs still falling in front of her face.

Trisha laughed at that, "Thats true. Still, nourishment is necessary." She spoke, blinking as she took the money and put it in her pouch, pretty happy with what she was just given. She laughed again, "Hey, either way, it's appreciated. Damn pervs always show up." She smirked, turning to head inside. "Alright, you'll get one then." She was inside for a couple of minutes before coming out with her mocha and a bag that had two coissants, offering her friend one as she bit into her own. She sat down at one of the tables, her guitar never leaving her side.

Nathan glanced to the store across the street and sighed, thinking it over as he looked to her. Though he then brightened up and gave her a bow. "If my adorable Kiara-chan commands." He answered, making his way over to borrow a drum of sorts before returning with it, beating out a tune of sorts that she could dance to, taking a seat on the ground in front of the table so it was more noticeable.

Mina looked up to him as he followed her, pondering that for a moment before she nodded. "Yeah. Just about everyday. Most of the time it's every other day, but some perv always finds me whether it's on the subway or at work. Why?" She answered, giving him a soft smile, brushing some of her hair from her face.

Trace shrugged. "Wondering how often you deal with it and why you put up with it." he said, putting his hands in his pockets.

Kiara just sighed and shook her head, setting her bag against the wall and slipping on her bangles and the anklets. "Just don't glare at every person who watches me. They don't all stare and think about getting me in bed, some just watch me dance." she added with a light glare. She pushed the table back some, so she'd have more room while she listened to the drum and found the rhythm of the music. Then she started to dance, falling into the music and letting herself forget everything else.

"Thanks." Nikki sat down beside her, eating the bread slowly and relishing it. "So, are you going back to the park? Or are you going to stay out here?" she asked, curious.

Tia nodded. She walked beside her sister, skirt swirling about her legs and her heels clicking along. She was the more elegant of the two sisters, but that didn't mean she was any less cruel or violent, if need be.

Mina hid her frown at how he had phrased his questions, but she didn't show it, looking up instead to the hospital that was jutting up into the sky. "I put up with it because unlike everyone else, I'm a horrible fighter. I only put up with it cuz I don't want to risk them having a knife or something. I'd rather live." She said softly, turning then to face him on the corner since once she crossed she'd be heading inside.

Nathan pouted, "Oh fine. I know, but I can't help it." He mumbled, continuing to beat the drum, focusing his eyes on the ground instead of people lest he end up glaring out of habit.

Trisha sipped at her mocha, sighing as she glanced around before turning her eyes to the park. "Not sure. Either works at this point in time. What are you going to do?" She asked after swallowing.

Revy didn't seem to really care about how short her shorts were and how they were practically like underwear in themselves, nor how her combat boots remained untied. Stepping inside the door, she fixed her tank top a bit, noticing the guy look up behind the counter. "Yo!" She called, talking with the man a bit before putting in their order, folding her arms before leaning against the wall.

"You could get any one of us to teach you. Even Kiara knows how, I think. Or one of the Sisters." Trace pointed out before shrugging. "But why do I care. Your body, your choice to let them feel you up without consequence." he said, turning and heading the other way back down the street towards the richer part of town.

Kiara had set a loose hat on the ground by Nathan, and she did notice some people putting money into it. She brushed his knee with her foot, a request for a different song, if possible. Something faster, or slower. Just different. Besides, it was much more subtle than stopping and asking him to change.

"Either go to the marketplace or stay here if you're gonna keep playing here. I just follow the crowds and go where they are." Nikki said with a shrug.

Tia had let Revy deal with the order while she went to chat up a very cute friend of theirs who was in the corner. Revy would know exactly what she was offering, and would probably go along with it too. He was fun, after all, and despite the several times they'd gone home he was still a friend, and didn't hold it against them.

Mina nodded, "I know, I've just been very busy and so haven't had the time or energy to ask." She murmured, lowering her eyes at how he seemed to care one minute and then not the next. Sighing heavily, she went into the hospital speaking to someone at the counter which she was informed her shift had been adjusted and switched with someone who couldn't make it in.

Nathan nodded at that brush, making it a faster song that was different, guessing she would like that better than slower.

Trisha sighed heavily, she did kinda like her spot in the park even though only so many people came through. Tourists did come by often. "I might go to the park. I like the scenery more than just the street corner." She answered, brushing her long hair back as she finished off her mocha.

Revy did notice her sister start speaking to their friend, giving him a wave before she picked up the pizza's, three boxes total since everyone ate so much. She paid for it then waited by the door for Tia, not sure if she'd partake in fun tonight or not. She kinda wanted to go out killing more, that or drink. Maybe sleep.

Tia gave him a peck on the cheek then left, going back to Revy. "Just to go out, not to come home with us." she said, opening the door for her sister.

The faster beat seemed to draw more people, that or possibly her dancing. She'd learned how to move her hips as well as any hula or belly dancer when she was little, and had only gotten better as she got older, and actually got hips. Her flexibility only added, and let her do more than most could. The result: the unanimous thought of 'how in the world is she able to move like that that quickly?'. Kiara knew Nathan knew how long she could keep this up, and she knew the beats he would play to signal that it was time to wrap it up and end.

"Don't blame you. If I could I'd spend most my time there too." Nikki said, smiling faintly. "Thanks for the coissant, Trisha." she said, starting to get up. "I'll see you back home." she added.
PostPosted: Sun Sep 06, 2009 3:18 pm

Nathan knew fully well that the faster beat meant her hips would be going which often meant more perverts. Still, he kept a neutral face, and didn't look at anyone lest he scare them away. After another moment, he started to wrap up the song, knowing she would notice how short he had kept that, but whatever. She knew why.

Revy just sorta nodded, "If you want to take him home though, by all means do." She added, nodding her thanks as she went through the door, heading back to the theater since some people would come back for lunch. She had noted when Mina had left and come back the night before, hoping the girls shift would be shorter this time so she could actually get some sleep.

Trisha smiled and nodded, "Its no problem Nikki." She said softly, giving her a small wave before she glanced to her guitar and sighed, pushing herself up and throwing out the bag and empty mocha cup before shouldering her guitar. She found her spot in the park thankfully empty, unpacking her acoustic and tuning it again. She had her ipod going in her ear, having stolen that from home too along with a charger so she could adapt new songs into something she could play. Such as this one which was a techno song. It was called Traveling on (Gabriel & Dreden campfire remix) by Beber & Tamra, the song rolling through. Adjusting the shoulder strap, she started the song over again, tapping on her guitar to form a beat before she began to play. It took a little bit before her voice came in, but it was as clear as ever.

"Could you have been the one i wanted and your life could have sank but i have travelled this life alone.
If only i'd have found you sooner maybe you'd have found me saner now i'm lost in the unknown.
I want to fly away with you.
I want to fly away with you.

If i had crosses to bear then i'll accept being there and it was all for you.
But if the damage is great and maybe you were too late then i will just keep drifting through.
Travelling on and travelling on until my life is gone.
Travelling on and travelling on until my life is gone.

If you want me then take me maybe you could break me like noone could.
Then there's you... but then there's you...
You...you...
I want to fly away with you
I want to fly into your sky
Travelling on, travelling on,
Travelling on, travelling on,
And i...want to fly...into your sky

I want to fly away with you
I want to fly into your sky
I want to fly away with you
I want to fly into your sky

Fly into your sky...
Travelling on, travelling on...
Then there's you...but then there's you...
You...
You...
You.
Travelling on, travelling on.

Then there's you...but then there's you...
You...
You..."

Even though she had her headphones in, she had hit every note perfectly when she had been strumming, managing a complex tapping of her guitar to create an illusion of drums. Her eyes had been staring off into the tree's, not noticing who was in front of her. She did bow to the crowd in front of her, giving them all a warm smile.

"Persephone? Is that you?"

The minute she heard that name she did tense a little, but she played it off as if she were strumming her guitar. Her eyes focused on the man that had said that damned name.

"Don't you recognize me? I'm Alden. Come on Persephone, it has to be you."

Trisha pretended to look confused, starting to put her guitar away since she knew this could be bad if she was found. "I'm sorry, you must have me mixed up with someone you used to know. Please excuse me." She said softly as she started to walk away very fast, but she was still stopped, feeling him grab her hand. She pulled her hand out of his roughly and broke into a run, heading towards the market where she would hopefully lose him.

Kiara listened to the music, aware but not particularly caring the the wind gusted at the exact moment when she spun around and dropped to a crouch at the end of the song. Her skirts normally rose at that, but with a gust of wind helping, they were over her head. She smoothed them down again and crouched beside Nathan, cheeks flushed and breathing hard, but not loudly. "Thank you, brother." she murmured with a bright smile, standing again and giving her own version of a curtsy/bow at the applause. More money was dropped into the hat, and the crowd began to leave and return to what they'd been doing.

Tia shrugged. "Meh. We had fun last night, and it hasn't been that long since he's come home." she said. "Now, do you think everyone will actually come today? I don't know that we told them that we'd have lunch for them..." she mused.

Trace made his way through the market, searching for anything that could be amusing. With a sigh he turned around, and was hit by Trisha. "Good lord, where's the fire?" he snapped, grabbing her wrist to steady her and keep her from falling over.
PostPosted: Sat Sep 12, 2009 2:05 pm

Nathan's eyes shot up when her skirts rose up, forcing his eyes to remain neutral and not scare anyone off. Which was a difficult feat in itself. Smiling brightly to her, he gave two taps to the drum before pushing himself up. "Anything for my adorable Kiara-chan." He ruffled her hair a little, smoothed it out, then kissed the top of her head. Obviously he didn't care that she was the slightest bit sweaty, glancing around as everyone departed. He did shoot one boy a look who was lingering too long whilst staring at his sister, which prompted his departure.

Revy sort of shrugged while nodding, her sister did have a point. "Nah. Only some of them will since we didn't say anything. They were too busy arguing for us to shoot in anything." She muttered, lighting up another cigarette while balancing the pizza boxes in one hand.

Trisha could hear him gaining fast, darting through the crowd despite her guitar, hearing how some people were starting to interject at being shoved out of the way. Some distant part of her wondered if she was just some child running from the law or what, but they obviously weren't helping. Then she ran right into Trace. "Oh s**t. Sorry Trace, wasn't looking." She muttered, glancing back while not seeming to care how he had grabbed her wrist. Normally she would have asked what he was doing here since normally he'd be working somewhere else, but now was not the time nor was she too concerned about that. "We gotta go. Now." She could hear Alden calling her name, the concern obvious in her face, fear in her eyes as she was backing away, trying to think of where they could go. "Do you know a place we can hide? Can't let him find the theater." She asked him, shifting how she held her guitar case as opposed to over her back so that it would be less noticeable. She began walking quickly, tugging him along via how he was still holding her wrist at this point.

Trace just stared at her for a moment before following. What was with the girls today and being stalked? "Yea. It's close." he said, leading her after him as he wove through the crowd, never running into anyone. He took her down an alley, dropping her wrist to jump and pull himself over the wall that would discourage most people. "Give me your guitar so you can get up." he said, sitting on the wall with one leg on either side.

Tia noted the balancing act and took the pizzas, holding them on her hip. "Well. More for us then. Or I suppose we can leave it for them to eat later." she said, shrugging.

Kiara only frowned slightly when he ruffled, smoothed, and kissed her hair. She slid out of his grip, still half-swaying and dancing to something only she could hear. Now she just needed someone to come to be read...
